The location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s my first time in Madrid and the hotel made me feel safe and convenient to travel alone. The breakfast was great with good services.

Very unhappy. The first two nights were good but the third day I woke up to a steady loud noise from construction work in the building as well as very strong chemical smell.
After the chemical exposure, I haven’t been feeling well.

Upon arrival electricity was out due to building works. Nobody seemed to know this was happening. We were left in the room for two hours with no facilities.
Once back on, we had problems with the aircon. It simply didnt work.
Though the room was the loft penthouse, is was mostly with sloping ceilings. This make the square footage deceiving. The room was very small with nowhere to even store a suitcase or any cupboards.
We also had trouble connecting the TV to netflix.
The breakfast was good.
Overall, overpriced, not honest as a facility. For six hundred euros per night, this quite honestly was terrible.

The Hotel Regina was one of the best experiences I’ve had! The staff are extremely professional and accommodating, they even go above and beyond to escort you with your bags to to the elevator. I highly recommend the Hotel Regina!!!

Great location and walking distance to everything! The staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable! The room was very modern. Our only complaint was that the separation between the bedroom and bathroom had a glass area at the top and a glass door, so that it didn’t feel very private when one of us had to use the bathroom. And also if someone woke up during the night to use the bathroom or woke up early and turned the bathroom light on, it light up the bedroom too which was frustrating. Otherwise it was great and we enjoyed our stay.
