A couple of things I would suggest to improve your customer's experience is to first ensure that the photos of the rooms are accurate. The room I checked in was not the same room in the photo on the website. Second, perhaps put in the exact dimensions of the bed. The bed was too small to fit an adult comfortably. The room was rather claustrophobic, to say the least.

I booked twin room for my adult son & myself only to be given a tiny, windowless room, with a small double bed, and an arrogant and rude landlady who had no interest or concern and had a this is what I've got, we've given out the twin room to earlier arrivals!! Attitude of you didn't book with us so take it up with *******, shocking worse hotel I've ever gone to, just walked out and found an alternative right opposite, Il Castillo, ten times better in every way, and same price, I'm now fighting for a refund.

This was the worst experience ever. Check in supposed to be at 2:00 pm we were there and the place was closed. We were calling multiples times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to pay for another hotel right in front, our plan was to pay one extra night at the other place until we could get a hold of this hotel. We came back next day, they gave us a room, this was the worst experience ever! Room had pee In the bed, in the floor, human hair all over the bed, room Wasn’t clean, it was obvious that some other people used the room and wasn’t clean. Wet towels on the floor, the bathroom infested with roaches and fungus and mold everywhere not to mention you can barely fit. Terrible bed, la know basic hygiene. We didn’t stay. This place shouldn’t be in business

Hôtel convenable et propre, mais un peu vieillot. Très bonne situation en centre-ville.

Tuve la mala suerte de alojarme en éste hostal dos noches en julio. Confirmo todo lo dicho en comentarios anteriores. Es viejo, toallas viejas, bañera o******, etc etc pero eso no me importa porque el hostal lo quiero para dormir y ducharme. Lo que peor llevé de mi estancia es la mala educación del personal. Nada más llegar me abrió una chica latinoamericana con una cara de perros horrible, me dieron ganas de irme. Con esa misma persona tuve un problema con las llaves, la llave del portal no funcionaba y se negaba a darme otra y además decía que ella de noche no abría la puerta, por lo tanto te quedabas en la calle. Me costó sudor y lágrimas que me diera otra llave, todo ello con la misma cara de perros. No entiendo cómo se puede tratar tan mal a los clientes. Jamás volveré allí.

Hostal penoso. Hacen limpieza de las habitaciones cada tres dias. No hacen la cama, ni cambian las toallas. Cuando preguntas dicen que es que han estado muy ocupados. Cuando te quejas mas fuerte dejan de hacerla completamente. Una estancia horrorosa que encima no me han fajado cancelar.
