One of the worst hotel in the madurai, don't book this hotel and waste your money. Receptionist guy behavior resembles like a street dog. Other good hotels are available grand sabaressh, rathna residency,Park plaza, lotus hotel and keerthi etc.

Most pathetic hotel none of the staff was co operative we have changed room twice but ac was not working room was not clear bathroom tabs was not working properly bathroom fan was not working after asking for help and support too staff was not doing the needful

Worst service, they said free wifi, no wifi service provided and washrooms are not properly cleaned , even bedsheets have hair follicles , doors are unable to open due to technical connectivity. Issue was not resolved for opening door we have to call staff everytime deserve o star rating

Worst hotel. No WIFI, No AC's working, No water bottle, Tap water provided saying RO water, Rooms stinking, Fans slow.. Not a single thing which we liked. Don't ever stay in this hotel, total waste of money. No staff for housekeeping, No room service.

Before 2 hours of check in we had to pay extra charges rs 900. As 2 ladies were staying in the room no telephone service. When we requested them to repair they did not even come back. Bathroom was very dirty no geyser. Very poor hospitality. There is no food service not even morning tea. Service boys did not want to co-operate when we spoke hindi or english.

We book by make my trip. So they treat-like free booking. Stop hot water in tap. We had small child also. Way of talking roud. I never had like this experience before. I book lot of rooms before. We ask ac roomwe said we pay also. They didn't change. My child suffer a lot. Any how i thanks the hotel

Nothing was ready while our arrival. Intercom and tv not working, dirty water coming in toilet flush, towel and toiletries not provided. No response even after complaining
