One of the worst hotels I ve ever stayed
Linen is dirty and soiled
They were chasing me over phone to vacate since 1045 am and had to pay addl 2000rs for late check out 4 hrs
I will not recommend and suggest you avoid

Clean rooms clean toilets clean bedsheets , food was awesome but food delivery service was very bad worst ever so give the order once nice the best dish was VETRILAI POONDU SADAM / BETEL LEAVES RICE WITH GARLIC must try but must be ready to wait for 40 minutes, one more dish must try was vazhai poo v***val awesome

HORRIBLE BREAKFAST BUFFET, WORN OUT PROPERTY. ROOMS WITH WALL PAPER CHIPPED OFF, over used bathroom towels, water doesn’t drain easily from shower, mosquitos in room & such small room. I can’t believe I trusted trip advisor to give it 5/5 rating

Minimal parking space. If you take out your vehicle, you lose your spot and have a problem. When you drive or have your vehicle, this is not the best place.

I would like to compliment Mr ***min ( front desk executive) and hotel ***ager( sorry we don't know the name) for being most patient and professional in assisting me to register our stay at CR hotel.Him (Mr ***min) attentiveness and helpfulness proved that he is passionate in him job.Thank you for your great services!!!!

The hotel is relatively new which is why the amenities also seem very modern eg - mirror lights, tough screen thermostats, central air conditioning and the overall look and feel of the room. However the problem comes right down to the basics. When you have a central AC built in throughout the hotel, you must have backups. The AC and wifi stopped working in the afternoon because a squirrel sneaked in and chewed on the wires. And also the bathroom was a bit smaller than expected. Definitely not worth what was paid

***y things i liked, staff reception, restaurant food, housekeeping.. cleanliness and well trained staff.. and Sudhakar is friendly and very helpful... Clean room and toilet.. Great place to stay.. We wish to stay here for future vacations too..

Excellent staff and very good hospitality.. RooMs are clean and ***aged very well.. specially Mr. Sudagar was very helpful.. met all our needs upon request at any time.. very friendly staff at the hotel.. me and my family is very grateful and will chose to stay here on our next visit aswell
