레스토랑은 매니저등은 친절하였으나 로칼맥주를 주문하였는데 수입산 맥주를 설명없이 가져와 로칼인 줄 마셨다.
요금이 당연히 비쌋다. -직원의 주문 서비스가 고객과 소통이 된대로 되길 바람.
전반적인 서비스는 좋았다.
스파에서 오일맛사지를 받았는데 맛사지사의 실력이 너무 약했다.
안내데스크에서 택시를 신청- 사원까지 요금 확정하고 탔는데 호텔에서 제시한 요금에서 택시 기사의 톨게이트비 [ 이건 택시비에 미리 책정 되어야 한다]- 다음날 다른차는 톨비없는 곳으로 갔다[ 주차장입장료와 주차비 -이것은 미리 고객에게 알려주고 택시 요금을 말해야 한다/ 호텔과 연계한 택시 회사의 각별한 조인이 필요 /

Anika is a good new hotel in Madurai. The breakfast food is very nice with tasty sambar & chutney. The staff are very pleasing and helpful. Especially the Chef Mr. Muthu. Two feedback to this hotel. They need to separate the Veg & Non-Veg section completely from each other. Another issue we found was that there is a constant bad smell coming inside the Lift. I suspect that the entire Lift Duct needs to be investigated for the source of bad things getting accumulated and they need to plug all the holes to protect the entire Lift environment. With this, the hotel will be a totally enjoyable experience.

The hospitalization and their service is Overwhelmed. I visited to madurai just for my kid birthday. And the way the decorated the room was so so good and kid thoroughly enjoyed.. Even we were also surprised with their presentation.......

I was overwhelmed with their birthday decorations and kid enjoyed a lot... Room service and cleanliness was so so good and no complaints as much... The service rendered by them is amazing where I couldn't find any sort of concerns or complaints.... They take special care for kid
