Well where do we start … - No air conditioning instead we have to put up with heating or have the door open which attracted the bugs to come in then woke up with insect bites. - No hot running water for 8 hours instead told by reception to take a “cold” shower - Unclean sheets due to friend spilling a cup of tea. Came back to the hotel to find the bed had been made by the chamber maid but ignored the fact it was unclean and it wasn’t till we pulled back the sheets to find she ignored it and made it with the dirty sheets.(Anyone with a slight common sense would put fresh sheets on) -Unclean shower

Me and 23 other girls travelled from belfast for a hen party, the apartments are very good and everything u need, the outside poolside gives ocean beach vibes and it so clean, it has a dj and bar area and also a supermarket and restaurant. The restaurant food is beautiful, but the star of the show is the main man is Antonio. This guy is amazing, he is such a lovely person and is a total vibe!!!! We love u Antonio thank u for making are experience brilliant. Would 100% recommend this place even if it is on top a steep hill, that doesn't matter at all, would defo recommend 👍

Absolute fab time there was 24 girls there for 4 days Antonio(barman and Jack of all trades) is an asset to your hotel he went above and beyond for our group such a lovely guy 👍❤️

Went with 3 friends and had the best time. This hotel is great for friends, brilliant pool vibes with a DJ. The cocktails where lovely along with the food. The rooms where well equipped and spacious. Herd some people give off about that you can hear noise. We had no issue at all. The balcony was lovely place for pre drinks and chilling. The staff all round where welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return.

I've now visited this property several times as part of both a larger group and as a solo traveller - I wouldn't even consider staying elsewhere. Value At a surprisingly low cost, the Junior suite deluxe rooms are incredible! Finished to a really high standard, luxurious and spacious with a gorgeous kitchen area, unique double shower, huge balcony and an enviable view of both the pool and sea. The more standard Junior suite rooms are genuinely good too - stylish, spacious and very comfortable for a group holiday. Both have comfy, clean beds with high quality linen. Location Right above the party ***** in Magaluf...up a steep, but manageable hill. The property itself manages the perfect balance between daytime party vibes and a relaxed atmosphere late at night. The pool area is slick and sexy with hot tubs, disco balls, big screen entertainment and a live dj. What makes it ideal for me is that after dark, the pleasant, professional security staff and good insulation make for a decent night's sleep. Service I read this on reviews a lot, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Enrique, Valentina and the whole reception staff are brilliant! They are constantly friendly and helpful, giving a first class service that you do not usually find in holiday resort apartments. Antonio is the star of the show in the bar, I watched him effortlessly serve a group of 23 party-goers with charm and efficiency. In fact, all of the staff, from the lovely Naza on the bar to the lifeguards are attentive and genuine, it makes such a difference. I'll see you all in a couple of months, Holly :)

Staff were so friendly and approachable, always so clean around the hotel! We could order up to the room which was perfect! Would highly recommend if you’re needing somewhere to stay in Magaluf! The breakfast is definitely worth it if you’re going and wanting to go out!

This was one of the best stay's i have ever been to. The people who work there are so sweet!!! The area is great , close to the beach. 10/10 for me, i really recommend this place. The food is amazing, breakfast is cheap (and really delicious) and the cocktails are AMAZING!

Me and my father went here in low-season. Rooms were clean and simple, but really nice. The staff in reception were nice and helpful. Then at the bar and pool area, the fantastic Antonio with collegues handled everything so that you as a customer felt really special. Nice food, fast service and warm people all-round. The pool area is great. The partylevel for pool area can be high pressure during the highseason. If you want that, stay here from May-September. You will not be disappointed ! I really recommend this Hotel ! It is close to everything in Magaluf and Palma Nova. But still a little bit off, since it is located high up the hill from Magaluf. You will feel welcome, taken care of !!

The overall experience was absolutely amazing, would recommend to anyone traveling to Mallorca. The staff was all very kind, especially Antonio who clearly prioritized the guests’ experience. He was very personable and offered free drinks to me and my 15 friends. Thank you Antonio and thank you Sotovento!
