Prima hotel aan het strand. Wij hadden kamer in bijgebouw met balkon aan de zeezijde. Keurige kamer met mooie badkamer. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met heel veel keuze. Aan de strandzijde is prachtig maar geeft wel als nadeel dat er veel jongeren te horen zijn in de vroege morgen die hun stapavond afsluiten op het strand. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen maar is wel handig om te weten. Zal alleen tijden hoogseizoen zijn vermoed ik. Zwembad wat klein maar heerlijk water. Gewoon meer dan prima hotel. Ohja: super service beneden bij de receptie. De dames spreken 5 talen en zijn niet te beroerd om iets te regelen.

Bardzo duzym minusem jest zimny basen i lodowate jacuzzi. Niestety nie jest to hotel na 4 gwiazdki. Obsluga i pracownicy mili ale brak możliwości wypicia drinka przy basenie czy lezakach rowniez jest minusem. Okropna chlorowana woda.

Pierwsze wrażenie po przybyciu do hotelu był dość pozytywne. Pomimo tego, że transfer z lotniska był tragicznym doświadczeniem. Ale. To nie wina hotelu. Polecam wynajem samochodu na lotnisku dlatego, że firmy transportowe szczególnie transportunion mają w nosie klienta. Niezadowolony kierowca wysadził nas 200m od hotelu i rozkazał nam iść pod górę. :) wracając do samego hotelu. Wejście jest przez barierkę jeżeli już ktoś wybierze ten hotel. Obsługa na recepcji dość miła, więc to na plus. Nie musieliśmy czekać dlugo na check in. Pokoje schludne. Zdarzają się uszczerbione płytki problem z kartą. Ale wystarczy wrócić do recepcji po zakodowanie na nowo. Hotel nie jest nieskazitelny ale przyjemny. Wystrój dość nowoczesny. Pokoje to zdecydowany plus tego hotelu. Ogólnie, obsługa miła. Nie ma problemu z językiem angielskim. Na recepcji w zasadzie imponująco posługują się wieloma językami. Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna. Magaluf ale z odrobiną spokoju. I to chyba tyle z plusów. Na minus jedzenie dość monotonne. Jakość jedzenia raczej słaba. Biorąc pod uwagę że mieliśmy all inclusive (uwaga na nowe prawo na Balearach) właściciel hotelu mógł zoszczedzone pieniądze na soft all inclusive przeznaczyć na jakość składników. Jeżeli mam być szczery nie ma sensu brać all inclusive w tym hotelu. Raczej B&B, I uzbroić się w wyrozumiałość co do monotonnych i tanich śniadań. Przekąski miedzy posiłkami słabe. Za duża przerwa między kolacja i lunchem. Lunch tylko 1.5h, nie wyobrażam sobie tego w sezonie. Hotel nie ma za wiele atrakcji na wieczór więc jeżeli lubisz spędzać czas w hotelu to nie jest Hotel dla ciebie. Ogólnie dostępność leżaków przed sezonem dobra. Sprzątanie. OK często tylko wymiana recznikow, przescielenie łóżka i dołożony papier toaletowy nic po za tym. Nie najlepsze. Wiec bałaganiarze też nie będą zadowoleni. U nas było ok ;) Cena pobytu jest plusem (nie w sezonie) i koniecznie dokup Sea view albo balkon z jacuzzi. Warto. Sorry Flamboyan 3 gwiazdki od nas. Ale nie było źle.

The room we got wasnt the one i booked and definitely wasnt a 4 star!!! Bathroom had shower over a small bath with shower curtain!! Rusty mirror and bin,bathroom was tiny..no kettle and dirty small fridge.asked to be moved but no other rooms available.

After reading the reviews I was a little concerned, however, they ended up been unfounded. Hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Rooms were spacious and I only visited the breakfast and it had everything you wanted. Not sure what it would be like in the peak season but I would definitely recommend this hotel out of season.

My wife and I had a lovely week stay in the junior suite facing the sea room 009. The room was serviced brilliantly every day with the mini fridge refilled daily all included with the all inclusive package. The hotel was well maintained and spotless. All the staff were polite professional and attentive. The food was delicious excellent in variety and extremely fresh. The hotel is perfectly located with immediate access to the beach. We have had many an all inclusive holiday and this was one of the most enjoyable experiences. I can’t conclude a negative comment.

I hate writing a bad review, but I think this one is necessary. Only stayed for one night here, but I’d say the Hotel is three star at most. Walls are paper thin. Quite a young crowd with music blaring on the balconies from 4 o’clock onwards. The Hotel staff don’t seem to mind this and this music and talking went on to 2 am. The hotel is beachfront, but there was no one really sitting out in the outdoor café as it lacks appeal. My room was okay, just okay for the price paid. But you can’t say four star when you literally can hear people coughing through the walls. There was an awful lot more negatives, but I don’t think I have enough space here. I won’t be returning, I’m afraid.

We have just checked into the hotel and it is beyond basic. Based on UK standards I would say this is a travel lodge minus. We have the all inclusive package which we have subsequently been informed it includes meals and snack but only 3 alcoholic drinks max for lunch and dinner with your meal in the restaurant otherwise you can only have soft drinks.. The food in the restaurant is bland. There was a grill tonight where the chef was cooking frozen burgers! We will not be going back! Our room is basic at best I can’t bring myself to look at the mattress. The pillows are flat as pancakes and the bedlinen is starched to the max. I will be sleeping on top of the covers. There’s a light blanket rather than a quilt which has hairs on it and is far from hygienic. I’m currently sitting on the balcony as the smell of cleaning product in the room is actually taking my breath away. Even with the patio doors open we can’t shift the smell. I’m an absolute fan of value accommodation but this is not it. Look elsewhere as

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! URINE ON BED COVERED WITH SHEETS!!Absolutely shocking! No hygiene at all. We was told we could check in for 1pm but when we got there our room wasn’t ready for another hour later, staff were rude and never explained anything! We got put in the caribe building and there were never any staff in that building so anytime anything was wrong we had to leave the hotel to go to the other one. When we got into our room I could smell something weird but just thought that the room smelt weird, but when it got to the night time I *****ped back the 3 blankets and 3 sheets they had put on my bed to discover they have just covered up a wee stain that stunk extremely strong after I uncovered it… the staff said that they couldn’t move me rooms because it was night time?!?! So we had to flip the mattress and put some clean sheets on ourself. The food is terrible and the spa was broken and when we spoke to some other people they say it’s always broken, the staff already knew it was broken before we booked on but they didn’t bother to tell us!! If I had the money at the time to go to another hotel I would have gone! But they wouldn’t give me a refund.
