Gutes Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt, die Zimmer sind ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen aber das Bad ist ok

Comfortable bed. Decent shower (though a shower curtain rather than a screen). Kettle in the room. Underground parking (charged extra).
We paid £10 each extra in the room rate for breakfast - this was quite disappointing, possibly as a result of not having many guests

first time to stay at mercure magdeburg. room was old style but still ok. bathroom was more modern and large. breakfast was nice and good options as usual at mercure. they have closed garage but since i arrived late, could park on street for free.

Geräumige Zimmer mit guter Schlafruhe kennzeichnen das Hotel. Parkplatz Tiefgarage vorhanden. Dazu ein ausreichend gutes Frühstück erwartet einen hier. Im Sommer kann man hier im schönen Innenhof sitzen. Preis Leistung war soweit in Ordnung

Não gostei da estadia. Não havia um bar e nem mesmo um restaurante no hotel (ambos fechados).
Os quartos são antigos, a recepcionista, apesar de educada e cortes, mal sabia falar inglês. Meu quarto não foi limpado. Não havia controle de temperatura no quarto. O café da manhã foi “a lá carte”. Tive que selecionar o que iria comer no café na noite anterior. Programei ficar duas noites no hotel mas preferi sair antes.

Groot hotel met weinig gasten toen wij er waren. Kamers ok, vriendelijk personeel. Helaas was er voor de rest weinig te beleven. Bar/Restaurant slechts 3 uur geopend en in het weekend zelfs gesloten. Ongezellig en donker in de bar. De barman had blijkbaar angst dat er teveel gasten binnenkwamen. Sauna werkte ook niet. 5 € voor een parking waar je voor toegang eerst 50 meter door de modder moet ploeteren en om te verlaten een heel stuk achterwaarts moet rijden had ik ook nog nooit meegemaakt. Zou allemaal beter vermeld moeten worden op de website.

Ich kann mich gerade nicht daran erinnern, jemals ein Hotel hier mit nur einem Stern bewertet zu haben. Doch in diesem Falle hab ich keine andere Idee: Mein Zimmer, an einem angenehm warmen Sommertag, war stickig warm. Eine Lueftung oder Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Gleichzeitig war das Fenster so schlecht isoliert, dass die viel befahrene Strasse mich die ganze Nacht hat wachgehalten. Das Fenster zu oeffnen, war wegen des Laerms nicht moeglich. Das Fenster geschlossen zu halten, war wegen der fehlenden Lueftung nicht moeglich. Das Zimmer war eigentlich unbewohnbar.
