Premier Inn Maidenhead Town Centre

비행기가 취소되어 야간에 급히 예약한 곳인데, 이용하기 편하고 방도 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 화장실이 매우 넓었고, 방도 무척 넓었습니다.

What made this Premier Inn stand out for us was the quality of the staff. They were excellent- polite, attentive, helpful and friendly. They made our stay special. Thank you!

Comfortable and practical. Car parking near enough, to not cause an issue. Space to unload the car outside the front, then go and park up. Rooms clean and comfortable, food as expected.

Had to check into another hotel it was that bad. Gloomy, dark rooms. Dirty floors. Very unpleasant stay. Asked for another room and was told they are all the same so there's no point moving. Contactes guest relations and had a he said she said approch to solving the issue. Awful customer service and definitely not a good night sleep guaranteed.

The hotel couldn’t with a face lift for sure. The auto check in wasn’t working so had to wait 15 mins to check in as the staff (singular) was working the bar and waiting and checking in or everyone else was on a break. The aircon in the room wasn’t working and it was 25*c upwards overnight. Noght staff could open the windows and no other room to move to apparently. I was offered a floor standing fan that wasn’t electrically safe and missing the face guard. The manager in the morning totally not bothered about anything other than serving the tepid scrambled eggs to the six people in the dinning room. Still waiting for a refund to be processed from “The Big Boss” who’s on holiday. Let’s hope they’re not staying in a Premmier Inn

Rooms are very drab with windows you can't open. We booked two rooms expecting to be next to each other but was on different floors. No car park, which we knew but very misleading as to how far away it was, and very expensive to park all night. No security on the doors, anyone could walk in and go to any of the floors.

Couldn’t fault my stay here for £42 a night! Middle of centre to easy to go get. £10.99 breakfast wasn’t too bad, standard breakfast buffet! Lovely staff and easy check in/check out. Clean room and spacious. Would recommend and definitely be back if in the area again for a wedding

The stand out part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and offers a meal plan which I deeply appreciated with my busy schedule. The rooms and overall hotel were clean. This is a kind of no frills hotel and the price point reflects this. I will definitely be staying here again. It's a wonderful choice for the location and only a short walk from the train station.

Stayed for one night and it was a lovely night indeed. We had some dinner and drinks from the bar. The room was lovely and hotel was brilliant location from local shops.
