Riseden Bed and Breakfast

We booked Riseden for a 6 night break April 2024. Easy to find and the hosts, Christine and Andy are a brilliant team. A very large room number 1 with bathroom toilet and shower En-suite. The fixtures and fittings and all furnishings and decor are very stylish and new appearance. 6 foot bed is perfect. A large TV with a large number of channels and free wi-fi. Full breakfast included and that was also top quality. You will not be able to fault this house with its off street parking and no noise at night. We travel extensively all over the World and this house has been better than any we have stayed at. Everything you would look for in a Hotel is there. We would stay again without any hesitation so thanks to Christine and Andy for a wonderful stay. Geoff and Yvonne from Exmouth.

Highly recommended. Our stay was due to a wedding we were attending in the area, Andy & Christine were incredibly welcoming to their very well run B&B, and were also very helpful in providing relevant info regarding taxis that we needed. Also worth mentioning their recommendation of a drink at the Chequers Inn, a local historic pub within walking distance.

Excellent, well cared, tidy rooms, wonderful beds (a dream!), modern en clean bath-room. Very warm hosts: directed us to their b&b when the gps failed, came out in the evening to welcome us & gave us lots of suggestions on visits and a warm talk. Wonderful breakfast: lots of suggestions. One of the best b&b's we 've ever visited.

Had planned to visit friends in Loose and thought the best we would be able to find is a place in Maidstone and then use cabs. How wrong were we. Risedeb came up on our search - had great reviews so we booked a 2 night stay - bonus - was only 10 min walk from friends house. Very comfortable double room. Decorated so nicely. Bed comfortable. Bathroom with shower also of top quality. Superb breakfast (included) cooked by Christine. Husband Andy is such a genuine guy and they made our stay so great. Will definitely be back when next back in the woods. Thanks guys.

What a wonderful, pleasant beautiful bed & breakfast. Owners Christine & Andy are over the top fabulous. You feel so welcome, and at home. Rooms are beautifully decorated, designed, TV’s, USB plugs, amazing shower. English Pubs to walk to.

Just returned from a 2 night stay and my husband and I couldn't fault a thing. The rooms are spacious and spotless with everything you need. In the hot weather, the fans by the bed showed that they think of everything to make your stay perfect. Andy and Christine made us both feel welcomed and valued, and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Had a fabulous stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast. Andy and Christine went above and beyond for us, Andy even being our taxi when we couldn’t get one to our venue. The accommodation is superb and comfortable will definitely use again if we need to stay in the area. The breakfast was great too.

My friend and I have just returned from a most wonderful stay at Riseden Bed and Breakfast in Maidstone. From the very start, after a warm welcome, we went to our room which was gorgeous. It was beautifully decorated; the bathroom was spacious, and all was spotlessly clean. Our hosts, Andy and Christine, couldn't have done more for us, and when it was my 60th birthday during our visit, a taxi could not be found to take us to our evening meal, Andy drove us to the restaurant and Christine arranged a return taxi. The breakfasts were superb, especially the homemade yoghurt, coulis and granola pots and Andy’s table service was a delight, along with his witty comments. Christine’s hostessing reflects her many years in the hospitality trade. Nothing was too much trouble for her. If there is a better B and B in Britain, I would like to know where it is! The whole stay was fantastic and I'm already missing it. If I'm ever in this area again Riseden will be my number one choice, anything else would be a disappoin**ent.
