Premier Inn Maidstone Town Centre

Very good service over all very happy staffs friendly

Rooms are excellent however badly let down by utterly atrocious service. 1hour to receive a bowl of soup and 20 minutes to get a drink which I eventually had to go and ask for again (twice!!)

Better lighting in the bedroom, cleverly *****ped into the walls. The chair was comfy although not an armchair. The shower was spacious and well equipped, not over a bath.

The room looked luxurious, well worth the price. The staff at reception was great, positive and very helpful too even when I came in very late to check in. Fantastic room. Much better than Travelodge.

Standard Premier Inn. Not very expensive, good location in town but I wouldn't return: - shoes stick to the floor in the breakfast area - not enough staff at breakfast, 3 days in a row very very overcooked vegi bacon. Coffee is horrible - key card keeps disconnecting. Staff on the floor (after 2 trips) wouldn't open door saying they aren't allowed. Going back and forth until eventually they work! - parking expensive but no other options, no weekend rate or anything. - no ability to open windows. Rooms are crazy warm. Couldn't turn temp below 19 and felt a lot warmer then that. Couldn't sleep. - family rooms not very big, not enough slave for 4 people! - wifi rubbish, but guess what? if you pay you can get better connection! Had much better experience in other Premier Inns.

A lovely stay as always and fantastic staff always there to help, realy comfortable beds , great location as town centre is 2 mins away by foot , also bar is great , good selection of drinks available, breakfast was spot on and wide section available again

Couldn't sort an early check out easily. Was expected to call up the morning of arrival which was inconvenient having come off a night shift. I don't know why they couldn't accept my request so I knew it was accepted and I could plan my timings to leave from London. Also they made us aware of potential noise due to refurbishments. 8am drilling occurred. Ok, they made us aware. What I was a bit annoyed about was they emailed the night before to make us aware. What was I supposed to do at that point considering I had already planned my weekend based on my location at this hotel?

great bed so great sleep and breakfast was good too. central to town so easy to get into town and had plenty of parking bays too. would recommend it to my friends and family. easy to get to the motorway and the rooms were very clean too.

I visited with my daughter and had cooked breakfast on the 9th March 2024. I visit regularly and I consistently receive outstanding service from the staff. In particular Krisztina has demonstrated professionalism on every single occasion not with us but with everyone else she assists . Also Aisha also assisted us on the day in question and it seems that the staff in Maidstone are consistently just fantastic- can’t fault them. Just wanted to say a huge thank you and I hope premiere inn looks after these guys well as these guys are a great representatives / asset to your business!
