Norfolk Luxury Beachfront Apartments

Best apartment for families, all rooms with beautiful ocean view are nice and clean. Great location which near beach and shops.

Should not be allowed to have the word luxury associated with these apartments , when we first walked in we were lulled into a false sense of security when told we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom penthouse which ended up being just the highest 3 bedroom apartment but that was ok as we had great views , Foxtel was great for the kids, beds were comfy and apartment was spacious....... but then door near fell off the dishwasher and was unusable, fittings in the bedrooms just fell off the wall, towel rack hanging off the wall batteries needed replacing in most remotes which we contact the manager whom made us feel like whinges but when we got back from a shopping expedition with the teenage daughters and young son they were in the process of taking the front off the dishwasher and replacing some batteries and bulbs, not wanting to complain anymore to them and get their cold reaction the list of problems with this apartment just kept climbing day by day , internet was shocking, son got locked in the bathroom because the lock mechanism fell off. stove did not work and the electric frypan was Brocken , so went and bought an electric fry pan our selves, struggled through 5 nights as we had booked outback spectacular and other events but left with 2 nights remaining and booked into another hotel. I will point out that these days most apartments are owned by 3rd parties and the managers seem to cop all the flack for the owners not keeping their units in a usable state. Photos pending

Michael and Brooke made us feel comfortable and well valued as guests. The kept us incredibly well informed of amenities and local attractions. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed with everything we required to live comfortably for over a week. Norfolk apartments are well located to absorb the delights of the Gold Coast. Overall experience was exceptional and strongly advise anyone to stay in their care.

The apartments were spacious for families, clean and service was excellent from Michael. View was amazing and access to the beach was easy. Pool was clean. Everything about this property was perfect and I would definitely book this apartment again. It was streamline from booking in to booking out. Highly recommend

Price friendly, quiet, close to beach and walking distance to the main beach. Parking is very convenient, and building manager is super nice, always try to help.

Norfolk is a lovely get away from home you feel safe and comfortable the view is amazing Michael and Brooke are so welcoming.

There was poor prior communication about checking into the hotel. The hostess was very unfriendly and it appeared that it was a chore checking us in. Poor Aircondition system did not reach all bedrooms. Further more the pool is small and due to this and all the people using it the water was dull and very cloudy.

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with gorgeous ocean views. Extremely well.equipped kitchen. Lovely pool and bbq area, kept clean and appreciated by guests. Compliments to Michael and Brooke for their time taken to ensure your stay is Perfect!

The apartment wee had needed refurbishment. Cushions on the couch are dirty, 2 out 3 air conditions are extremely old, one of them is with smell. Some of the furnitures has sticky surfaces, exhaust fan in both bathrooms are not working. Master bedroom door lock doesn't work. Share bathroom door lock doesn't work. And entrance door broke in the last couple of days. Undercover parking basement has leaks from internal pipe. I guess luxury is just the location.
