Mój pobyt w hotelu był dwukrotny jako przesiadka w podróży , serwis pomocny , otoczenie rozrywkowe - życie nocne - hotel czysty , bardzo dobre śniadania i można troszkę dłużej pospać .Reasumując : jeżeli chcesz się wygodnie wyspać , a hotel ma być miejscem do spania i chcesz wycelować pomiędzy cena a bajerami z których nie będziesz korzystał to jest to hotel dla Ciebie

Facilities are good. Service only cleaned room if I place clean room tag on the door. Food was ok but overpriced for the quality.

Good room and facilities but wifi is garbage for a 4 star hotel and never works properly. Hotels should be banned from calling themselves 4 star hotels if all they do is make excuses and never fix it 2 star hotels have wifi that works fast but not this one that was disappointing as it’s expensive place

The smell at the lobby is old. You can compare it like an old air conditioned bus. The room is not spacious. The air condition is not working well at first room that was given to us. We tried to call the 1st time then an engineer came , he just click a button then he said it will be fine. Hoursss have passed it did not went well. That’s why we called again and transferred to a new room that the AC is okay. Will not going back, I’ll choose the City Garden Grand next time. But thanks to the front desk and house keeping personnel who found my baby’s squid stuffed toy.

The Hotel itself has very nice Staff and Security. They have a Pool, Jacuzzi at the Rooftop and a Gym and Spa below the Rooftop. The Area around has a lot to offer too, for example in a Range of just 5min Walk is a lot of Fast Food available (McDo, BurgerKing and Jollibee) Even nice Restaurants are just 1 Street away (Filling Station and Cafe Cubana). Everything i asked for got resolved very fast and without any Problem. When i come back to Manila i will definitly visit again
