The Alpha Suites

The staff was welcoming and helping from the start. Very sweet people! The room was spacey and had a luxurious touch every guest of mine as well as me had a chance to experience. The cleaning service I had a bit of an odd experience with. They could just take away towels during service and not bother to return them back, same for dirty dishes. Had to dial reception to get the amenities back. Pool was great! Especially during the sunshine. It is spacious, clean and seemed as overall fresh. Deposit during check in is quite price.

Its my Son's birthday month and we again get some complementaries, great location for our errands in Makati and good breakfast

Best hotel so far. Room is spacious and it has everytiong you need. Sarap din ng breakfast. The pool is also big and the kids love it. Sana gawin nilang heated yung pool kase sobrang lamig 😄

Overall the accommodation is acceptable. However, power sockets are quite limited for charging devices, and trash bins are seldom seen around the room, which brings some inconvenience to daily use.

Clean and spacious. Love the Pool area. Food was good. All the staff are friendly.

100/100! The Hotel and service of the stuffs are very great. It was a nice stay in their amazing hotel with my family. I definitely recommend this, for me it’s a 5star experience ☺️

This is our third time coming here and it’s been an amazing experience. We enjoyed the convenience, amenities and great location of the suites in Alpha. It is located at a very safe and central area in Makati. We were able to enjoy the skyline of Manila.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at The Alpha Suites Makati We stayed at The Alpha Suites Makati for 11 nights and enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by 4 more nights. Value for Money – 5/5: Excellent price for the quality you get. Cleanliness – 5/5: The room was cleaned every day and always well maintained. Location – 5/5: Quiet area but close to malls and restaurants. Having a supermarket in the basement was very convenient. Facilities – 5/5: The suites have everything you need, and the staff gladly provide anything that's missing. Service – 5/5: Friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We had noisy neighbors one night, but after calling reception, security resolved the issue quickly. The only small downsides were the loud air conditioner and an occasional cigarette smell in the room. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

A quick staycation during father's day and anniversary. It has been a great place to stay for my 5-year old daughter.
