Of course one of the best 5 star hotels in makkah. Smooth and quick check in and out. The best breakfast I've ever had with a large variety of dishes. Their WiFi is very quick and available all the time. The rooms are first class let alone the bathrooms. I've enjoying staying in Safwat Al Ghufran hotel since it was established. Well done and keep on the great work.

classy five star hotel, comfortable rooms, restaurant with the most complete menu in Shofwa Tower, hygienic clean, monitor screen available to see the cleanliness of the hotel kitchen. The distance to the Grand Mosque is only three escalators directly to the Grand Mosque yard. friendly, polite, quality service. I highly recommend staying at Ghufran while in Makkah.

Friendly staff, good location, and best place to stay near alharam mosque for families. Its one of abraj alSafwa hotel - where you can find options for food if you won’t eat in al dana restaurant. Also it has many small shops that can be your choice to buy gifts and souvenirs in Mecca 🕋

Excellent service from all angles.I highly recommend staying here and would like to come again with my beloved family. The pilgrimage in a very VIP GM vehicle with the help of an excellent driver. Thank you to the YHA Travel & Tour staff for our umrah operator

Good 5 star hotel near Al Haram , beds are comfortable, iftar food was very good . The only thing that I highly recommend for hotel management to improve is to allow easy swap from iftar to suhur , because some day was not possible to attend iftar , then the management would not approve to take suhur instead , that has to be improved

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. The food is very nice and have various type of food. The hotel is very near to the mosque. The staff is very nice and helpful especially brother aiman. This hotel is very good i would love to come again next time. - Ava Alisan

The staff of FnB n are very excellent working n accepting foreigners n I love to stay at Ghufran because our beloved Arabic friend Ammar Restaurant cashier is soft spoken good in Arabic n English . I have been his friend when I first came to Makkah ton perform Umrah since 5 years ago I hope he will continue to serve the Ghufran Hotel due to his excellent services n hard working worker n good ethic I wish him all the best for his future undertaking n working with Ghufran Hotel Regards Hj Azmi Hj Abu Bakar Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
