Really great. No wonder why my bosses recommended this hotel to me if I'm going to Melaka

The swimming pool is closed for renovation however this is not being remarked in the description. Our main reason to book here is to enjoy the pool. Sorry but we were disappointed

It was very disappointing - the wifi was not able to work despite having the staff trying to trouble shoot the issue. They need to change the router - and it has caused us to waste half a day.

My experience at this place was somewhat okay for a place to crash the night and not for staycation. 1. Once we reached the place, I called the number, and they guided how to go to the check-in counter. Its at the counter in a mini mart at Jaya99. 2. We parked at Jaya 99 parking cause the parking at the hotel is RM10/hr. 3. We got the key and it was difficult to tap the access card but we managed to enter the unit. 4. At first glance, they room looks like the picture. But closer inspection, there were accumulated dust at the window. Floor feels sticky. 5. There were no cutleries except for kettle, cup and tea spoons. 6. The TV remote was faulty, and we cant control the TV volume. It was on all night and at loud music! Luckily i can sleep with the music on. We highlighted this to the 24/7 hotline, but they didnt help to check on this.

I had a nigh**are staying in this hotel. I won’t recommend this hotel for safety reasons. Leaking water on theceiling.. our room was filled with water . I woke up and saw water on the floor. The floor water was so slippery. It took them then the entire morning just to fix it and told me the rest was just balance water. They also didn’t clean my room despite that I personally went down and told them how dirty the room. The Indian or malt uncle told me that he will ask the housekeeping to go and clean but when I get back they room was still dirty and gave me an excuse that I should have told myself the housekeeping to clean the room. Please don’t believe what ever they say. Please run away from this hotel. Urgently I packed my things and leave this hotel . Bedsheets and linens were dirty and stained . Flush in toilet bowl is not working well. It will be a waste a big waste if you stay here.

Dah berkali repeat checkin disini . jadi dah tahu apps mana yang berbaloi baloi untuk checkin . Bilik besar dan bersih . Swimming pool yang cantik dgn view melaka river . Tempat strategik malam boleh jalan kaki sepanjang melaka river . terdapat banyak kedai makan yang sedap dan estetik . view malam yang cantik cuma parking to the next bangunan and extra cas .

All okay. Check in and out very convenient. Hotel room is huge also

Location quite ok, customer service ok, the bed is ok. Only bathroom cleanliness need to be improved.
