love this establishment because of the location and the room..easy to check in and less hustle. the room is big and cozy. the management very helpful and friendly. sure i will stay here again in the future

Room is of The Pines Hotel, location is great and cozy room. But there was no amenities like mini bar or Toothbrush. Only items available was Towels. Also there is no wifi. Room is clean and biq. And the view from room (23rd Floor) is spectacular.
There was no shower head for the hand shower near the WC.

Very nice view can see through beach view !! And clean very nice everything prepared!! Very fun and close to every famous Melaka place

Clean room but this time the floor feels sticky and some area still wet. Probably the housekeeping didn’t ensure the floor dry before close the room door. My family like it here because of space & comfortable room they provided so not stuffy. Wardrobe, table, sofabed, kitchen space and kettle provided are bonus especially for families travel. Keep improving the service.
