A returning guest- good stay and experience here. Friendly service by the staffs, always accommodate to guest needs. Complete amenities - toothbrush & toothpaste also provided-Bonus! Clean and spacious room and has a space to hang clothes. Ample parking in front of hotel. Aircond is old but functioning and took less than an hour to cool the room. So far so good!

Overall, I had a great experience at Terra Nova Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for holiday.

Great hotel with clean tiles flooring. Bed comfy with good pillow. Aircond just nice. Wifi great. Mineral water also included.
But TV not clear, only 1 muslim restaurant nearby & instant coffee provided is too little.

The location is really great, quite, not crowded and it’s only 6 min drive to hunker street. You can easily find local restaurants in it’s surroundings. The staffs are friendly, room conditions are as per advertised, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is new. Very clean and comfortable. Really like take bath at toilet since the soap is smell goodddddd and water pressure work well. Just the hotel is located at non tourist area and a new building. So not too many halal food to get.

This hotel is also a confinement center. So, the room will be entertained with soft music. At the rooftop is the nonhalal cafe and my stay is a pleasant stay.
The room is clean, they provide soap and shampoo. The housekeeping changed my toothbrush for the 2nd day stay. They give AikCheong classic coffee which is my favourite. They just don't have a cupboard to keep our belonging. Room is quite small for us. The reception is friendly.
