Booked last minute due to my working schedule. It was my second stay since years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful and Aiman in particular helped me w directions to attractions and eateries nearby as i was having difficulty in getting a cab. Will be back for sure. Keep up w e great service!

Good view over the Melaka River and scenery! Slightly out of the way from the main Jonker Street area (~10-15mins walk).
Rooms and toilet were clean, it was an enjoyable stay at Swiss Garden!

The faucet in the bathroom was broken and have some noise in the room at night.
But the view is OK.

Staff are good, check in procedure was smooth and fast, car park in the level 7 & 8 is not convenience for guess, other level of parking are chargeable, room is clean, breakfast if good with plenty of choice, guess are given long hour to enjoy their breakfast from 7am to 12pm. no deposit are required during check in, which is a plus point, room is adequately bright.

Enjoy a 3D 2N stay with breakfast included. Would like to compliment the hotel receptionists are prompt and friendly.
The bell boy, car jockey and security officer all performs efficient services towards guests. Their F&B staffs also very well codinating even on a busy Sunday morning for breakfast.
Love this hotel for everything. Very convenient accessible to all famous spots by walking distance 5-10 mins.

2nd times staying in this hotel. Like the room, which is clean and big. Very comfortable. Location is not near to shopping area, but there are shore shopping within the hotel. Room included breakfast, have a lot of variety for breakfast.
Will stay in this hotel again if the price is good when I go malacca again.
The only setback is the sound proof is not good enough, can hear next door snoring at night.
I booked 2 rooms, but we do not get to stay side by side.
