Worst service Ever had in my life by booking thru TRIP.COM
They never provided accommodation and made us to roam
In streets in the midnight. Either TRIP.COM or they so called partner responded to us. They gave mobile no , but nobody responded.
They suppose to provide us unit no etc but not provided.
In the email Trip.com stated that we need to provide Identification details to Security and they will assist us, but no such information was passed to security office. Even security Gaurds were trying to reach them but no body responded.
Next morning , they called and informed that TRIP.COM never provide customer details and it is their mistake and even for courtesy they never ask to come and stay for the next day. Instead the way they speak that they are offer the accommodation at FREE COST. This gives a impression that TRIP.COM doesn’t have proper co-ordination with their vendor.
Now TRIP.COM is washing hands from this situation and saying vendors is refusing to refund.
To be honest, I didn’t book with the. directly with vendors, I booked with TRIP.COM and trusting that they protect the customers interest.
My conclusion or opinion, better avoid TRIP.COM as they never protect customer ‘s interest I/o they are interest in their vendor interest and their own interest.
End we will be losing money and vacation become disaster z
