I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms, one fully paid for in advance, and the other to be paid upon check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that the unpaid room was unavailable because they had sold it to walk-ins. Even worse, they couldn't find any record of the room I had already paid for. The receptionist was completely unempathetic and told me that they are running a business and I should understand that. I was essentially told to find other accommodation on the spot, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I was with my family. To make matters worse, it was a public holiday, and we couldn't find any other available hotels. This was a clear display of poor business ethics, and it ruined our plans and caused us significant inconvenience.
