Everything evetystay room
Customer service are superb. Room view superb
Helpful respectful location all walking distance.
Downside
1.we veterans and some adults and even kids have difficulties on pressing lift level button due to unclear lighting on the level number.
2. Beget and sink pipe water flow uneven and very small.
Otherwise I'll give 6 star to the hotel HAT TEN UP

Room booked from trip. Com is not entitled to change room type except with extra payment.
Room was clean, with no view, arranged near to lift as requested.
Bfast with variety selections.
Plug was spoilt.

Such an amazing hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the food was amazing. 10/10 would stay here again

Location is good, near 2 shopping mall and within walking distance to Jonker street. View is good as we get the room facing the sea. Bed is comfortable and good to sleep. Staffs are generally friendly, approachable and helpful.

We had stayed in Hatten hotel a few years for the first time and liked it very much. So for our second visit it is a natural choice for us again. The staff was friendly and the household service was prompt in sending extra towels at night.
We had used the swimming pool this time unlike our previous visit. It was clean and looked well maintained.
Its location was excellent as it is next to two malls. Jonker walk is about 20 minutes away by foot.
The only disappointment we had was the quality of the breakfast and Ramadan dinner. There is a wide selection of food items but it was quantity over quality.

I have stayed in hotel equitorial and holiday inn before when visiting melaka. But none of these hotels beat the hatten hotel in terms of location. The hatten hotel is perfectly located next to two shopping malls. For those who are there for food and shopping, you don't need to go under the sun. It is also within walking distance to the jonker street where more food and souvenirs are found.

A good hotel because its very near to pahlawan square. And a stone away from my favourite nyonya restaurant.
