Sercotel Rosaleda Malaga

Bastante bueno y cómodo. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas. La ubicación estaba lejos pero en general muy bien

Hotel muy limpio, y personal profesional y con la amabilidad y gracejo andaluz. La cama super cómoda y, a destacar, almohadas Para elegir, de esas que no parece que te han colgado x la cabeza. A una buena caminata del centro, estupendo para bajar kilos.

Brand new hotel not far from the old city centre ( 25 minutes walk) or take the bus opposite from te hotel. Located next to big commercial centre. Room nice and clean, breakfast as usual in these hotels. Not a charming restaurant for diner. Friendly staff and as extra parking place for the car. Easy access from the highway.

This is a gem of a new hotel. Great value for money. Lovely helpful staff. Room was very clean. It's only a 25 min walk to the old town ( alternatively there is a bus stop right outside) Satisfactory breakfast. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel that serves delicious sandwiches and cakes and also alcohol. There is a shopping centre with a large supermarket next door. Some local restaurants we used El Zodiaca and El Pescatita de Luys.

The room is dusty and wasn’t clean enough, and the room service is terrible as for two days they didn’t clean the room, although we kept the sign for cleaning in the door. When they came to clean the next day, they only made the bed without cleaning anything else. Also, they entered the room three times while we are sleeping. Moreover, we were trying to reach out to the reception for an inquiry and they hang the phone on us without replying back! One of the days, they came to clean but only made the bed without even keeping for us new towels and the floor was so dusty and messy! We really had a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We loved our 4 nights at this beautiful hotel. I have not visited Málaga since 1975 when I traveled Europe with my University of North Dakota girlfriends. The staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations for a memorable experience here at Sercotel. Our thanks to José, Araceli & Sarah for your wonderful hospitality making us feel so welcomed. We’ll never forget our amazing time in Málaga❣️

Very pleasant surprise. Newer hotel in a nice area of Malaga with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby but close enough to the city center to walk. Breakfast was great and a good value. Biggest thing was the staff, from anyone that was at reception to breakfast to any of the support staff they were extremely friendly and helpful. Malaga itself was also a very good surprise and if we get a chance to return, we will stay at the Sercotel Rosaleda again.

The pluses-new hotel with great bedding, comfortable bed, three lifts, fabulous outdoor pool on the roof, generous mini-bar (complementary) and a bright lobby with a Granier coffee shop. The minuses-location is just a bit too much of a walk into the centre for me though the 17 bus stops outside the door. Buy a buscard in the tabac. We were promised the room at 1.30 but it didn’t materialise until nearly 3pm-would have preferred to be told 3pm so we weren’t just hanging around the lobby for 90 minutes. Maybe staff could offer a cup of coffee or take your phone number to tell you when the room is ready. Only one keycard is given for a room with two people-prefer two room keys as one had to be kept in the light switch. Staff are polite and professional but absolutely not friendly. To draw guests out of the centre to this location, they need to do more. I would stay again because it has the advantages outlined above.

A lovely hotel with a great roof terrace. Rooms were clean and spacious with huge beds. The location is slightly away from where everything is, around a forty minute walk to the old town and an hour to the port. The lock in my room didn’t work at all, I spoke to reception who stated they would have a look but nothing was done. I explained that I didn’t feel safe as a female travelling alone and wished to change rooms but they said that no one could get in without a card. Cleaners and staff would still have access so this made me feel slightly on edge.
