Espacioso y limpio con una ubicación cómoda y céntrica. Tiene unos servicios muy básicos pero está Ok para el precio.

The room was not a pictured, with no headboard and no bedside table with lamps. No picture on wall. Only one pillow. Very basic. Very noisy air conditioning unit. Would be useful to have some hooks to hang up damp towels as nowhere to put them. Shelfs would have been useful to prevent using the floor for everything. The main door did not have a dampner on it so very very noisy during the night. Clean bathroom with a constant supply of toilet paper but with no shower gel. Perfect location.

The place is located at the heart of the old city, near the cathedral. Very clean. Note that the bathroom is shared with other rooms.

My rating might be better if the photos of the place were real photos of the place. what I saw on ********** are not photos of the place that I booked. So I have to say that’s a lie to clients. Very disappointing as the bed was not as in the photo and I found the bed to be lacking. That alone gives this place a poor grade. Furthermore, there was very little toilet paper and very few plugs. There was no sign on the street entrance which made me feel uncomfortable and doubting the authenticity of the lodgings. In fact how this place has three stars on hotel.com is beyond me. One star would be more than sufficient, perhaps even half a star would suffice. Overall, it felt old, it screams for the owner to invest some $$ in the property to improve it, update it. Install new front door to replace the original door that’s looks super pasado.

Great little place, booked at very short notice, the location is fantastic, 2 floors up from the cathedral gardens, literally in the middle of everything, a fantastic view of the cathedral. The room is a little basic, no headboard, no duvet, 1 toilet roll but we were very happy with a stay and had everything we needed. Thanks to Bonnie for looking after our bags too!

Ladies, this place is UNSAFE. Do not stay here. Yes it is cheap but you get what you pay for: a room that looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on the booking site. Most importantly: the room they offered me had a lock on the inside of the door but the latch has been removed. So there is no way to lock the door from the inside. The proprietor instead handed me a thin metal key to loop into the lock as a safety mechanism. I did not feel safe at all therefore I left and stayed elsewhere. The room smelled terribly of cigarette fumes - the proprietor simply suggested I leave the windows open. Avoid this place like a transmissible virus and spend your money somewhere where you’re safety and health is a priority.

Superb location, it was really central which made exploring the city so easy - quickly nip back to the room if you forgot something or needed a rest. It's fitted with a small kitchenette and a seating area. we were there for three nights and it was really good. unfortunately, we did not get a cathedral view room which was really disappointing. Also, the walls are very thin and the neighbours had a party on the first night, which made going to sleep rather difficult.

Filthy room - disgusting smell - noisy thunder walls - awful unhelpful ‘staff’ - booked for three but couldn't even stay 1 - terrible trouble getting refund - this is either a scam or a rip off or both - do not book it - it’s not a hotel - it’s not even a basic hostel - yet it charges hotel prices
