Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location within 100m of a train station and easy walking distance (10-ish minutes) into town. Room was nice and modern, shower was great. Only downside was that the street-facing room could be quite noisy, particularly due to the rubbish collections at 1/2am. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Tuvimos una incidencia ,debido que en la recepción desconocían casi la página con la cual hicimos la reserva ,insistí y le enseñé el pago en el móvil a la recepcionista y aún así nos hizo pagar nuevamente en situ ,cosa que hicimos y está mañana resultó que se nos cobró dos veces ,reclamamos y aparentemente ,después de indicar los datos necesarios ,se nos dijo que efectuaron la devolución y en unos 48h se verá reflejada ...a la espera estamos ,pero insisto en que la recepcionista reconoció poco la aplicación e hizo muy poco caso a la hora de indicarle que ya habíamos pagado por la web .

Habitación muy amplia y confortable. Hotel muy buen ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro. Personal muy amable.

A good hotel with a great staff. Walking distance to different sites. I got a room with no view so I was most of the time outside and walking and being a tourist

It is an excellent place to stay the night prior to flying on, as it is very near the train station to go to the airport.

Perfect spot for exploring the city center. Quiet and secluded but also very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Great staff and cleaner. Kind birthday gesture from them really appreciated. Lovely room which was spacious and comfortable. Excellent shower.
My only concern was that I found the mattress a little bit hard as I am used to a softer padded one at home. Fitting a mattress topper would easily and affordably sort this out.
I hope to return before long!
