I had the opportunity to stay at this apartment during 3 years (from 2021 Covid time they were giving long-term rent), and my experience was one of contrasts. The apartment itself was, without a doubt, really nice. However, my enthusiasm for the apartment was significantly dampened by the landlord when the first time 2 years ago, they tried to make us move out (it was illegal from their side, because in Spain we can extend the contract up to 5 years with the same price - it could be raised only for a few % because of inflation). The second time it was now when we moved out after 3 years of living there and they just took away our deposit without any notice, only after several time of contacting them they sent some pictures of "damages" which were not found in our presence during the check out and they told us that they will cover everything by taking our deposit. When I disagree with majority of "damages" they just ignored me. In addition, there was always an issue with other guests, a lot of cases with screaming, knocking our door at night or early morning, very inappropriate behaviour and we should have to submit those cases each to the head office to make the guests calm down. One time it was even required to call the Police. And for all of this uncomfortable situation the host just kept our deposit in such an insolent way. I am not sure that they doing so deep check after each guest, so it felt like some kind of "special attention particularly for our case". Advice you to check for any "damage" even if the white wall is not so white anymore. That is why it is 2 out of 5.

My stay at this appartment was nothing short of exceptional. The excellent location, the comfort of the accommodations, and the incredible staff all contributed to an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in this area. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in the future.

Our apartment was immaculately clean with almost everything in it you could need.
There are loads of nice restaurants and bars surrounding the property and it's only a short stroll to the Cathedral and marina.

An excellent experience .. Initially there was a delay answering my emails but this was soon sorted and the arrival details were good ( access to apartment etc ) The apartment was centrally located near the train station and was handy for all the city attractions .. very clean and well maintained.. highly recommended!!

Excellent location in Soho to visit Malaga. Apartment is nice and clean with a proper bed. Small but clean bathroom. Kitchen fine with large fridge. Nice balcony on the topfloor apartments where we were located.
