The location is superb. We were offered and accepted a very reasonable room upgrade which gave us a super balcony view over Larios square. A little noisy as the structures were being erected for the upcoming Malaga film festival. (Obviously not the Hotels fault).
Room very clean. No extractor fan in bathroom. Needed a safety mat in bath when using shower.
Fridge not cold. No kettle or hairdryer in room. Had to go to reception to request kettle and ice bucket. No instructions as to how to call reception and no overall information about the hotel, its facilities, location recommendations.

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and for that reason i will carry on staying at this hotel.
Would be good if they have a Loyalty Reward system

We were traveling with family and stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse detached from the hotel building. On the plus side, the location is awesome and we enjoyed the terrace.the terrace has beautiful views. On the negative side, the unit has flaws and damage not typical of a 4 star hotel. It was impossible to use Netflix due to the WiFi cutting out every 2 minutes. We tried to call the service desk a couple of times with no answer. Lastly it’s the little things. A 2 BR unit stocked with 1 instant coffee. No coffee maker and no water provided. On another note, we couldn’t sleep all night due to loud teenagers singing and making noise. We noticed the next morning earplugs were stocked in the bathrooms. So enter at your own risk.

The hotel was great in every way. The location is ideal: easy to find, and within walking distance of tourist sites, shops, parks, etc. As a bonus, I had a view of the February festival activities from my balcony. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast choices were extensive and delicious. The staff were all very pleasant. I definitely would stay there again if I returned to Malaga.

Beautiful room and most comfortable bed snd pillow and linen . Bathroom products of great quality Lovely view of the square although very noisy in middle of the night so don’t forget earplugs.room spotlessly clean Staff friendly and very helpful . Roof top terrace in main building a bit shabby and unloved . Lovely stay in a fantastic location and would recommend this room for anyone staying in old town

Location, location, location...ideal for walkable Malaga. The staff was superb, especially Guicha in the front desk, she and her coworker, a young, tall, beautiful girl whose name escapes my mind, were amazing. Would certainly repeat Malaga and this property.

Excellent experience…Staff were very friendly and professional. I also attended the New Year’s Eve Gala at the hotel which was excellent from the food, the service and to how thoughtful the table seating was done. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!!! Thank you
