Room is very good, hotel is very nice. Prime location. Hotel staff are cool and helpful. Breakfast is very nice. All facilities are very good. U can try this hotel.

我們預訂了一間高級房，到了瑪琅之後，店員給免費升級成了大套房。進入房間後就能看到一封專屬歡迎信，還是用中文寫的，特別貼心。房間設施也都非常棒，兩張大雙人床簡直不要太爽，還有google智能控制系統，非常先進。最讓我意外的是床頭插座居然是中國適配版！真的太意外了，the Alana 給我留下了非常深刻的印象，我們在日惹也是定的這家酒店，應該是印尼連鎖的。下次再來印尼一定還會預訂the Alana

semua bagus dan nyaman cuman tempar parkir mobilnya saja agak kurang dan jarak nya terlalu sempit sehingga bs meninbulkan baret saat membuka pintu mobil karena terlalu mepet jaraknya

Hotel baru. Bersih.
Chanel TV dapatnya hanya chanel-chanel yg free to air.
TV berbayar tidak ada. Kalau mau nonton film hrs bayar sendiri.
Parkir di tempat parkir hotelnya sangat terbatas. Kecuali mau parkir di tempat lain via Valet parking gratis by petugas hotel. Bagi yg menjadikan mobil rumah ke dua...tentunya kurang nyaman.
