Simple hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. It was close to the citycenter and the cablecar up to the Monte Baldo mountain.

Rooms have outdated furnishings, this place is stuck in the 90s. No air-conditioning, close to unusable rooms during the summer months. Some of the parking is remote and not quite convenient.
Decent breakfast and nice staff.

Nice pool, decent breakfast, good location with lake view and free parking. Only really loud at night hence the overall ok rating. The building is old and you hear everything: people entering their room late at night (loud old school keys), flushing their toilet or closing windows.
The room and bathroom are as clean as they could be given their age. Rusty and not fully maintained.
So don't stay here if you are picky or have a light sleep.
Otherwise great value for the money (100€/night during peak summer months)

innanzitutto è scomodo: il centro di Malcesine è sì a 300 metri in linea d'aria dall'hotel come descritto sul sito, ma si raggiunge tramite un tratto di strada in salita ripidissima e attraversando la SS Gardesana, che di notte, a piedi non è consigliabile. Essendo un garnì senza ristorante per la cena si è obbligati a cercarne uno in paese raggiungibile a piedi, e il rientro al buio non è per nulla sicuro. Se avessi saputo che era così scomodo raggiungere il centro abitato (e il lago) non l'avrei scelto. La camera era terribile: balconcino vista cimitero,niente condizionatore ma una vecchia ventola rumorosissima. La tv era un vecchio 14" appeso sotto il soffitto dal quale si vedevano 2 o 3 canali, pure male. Stanza vecchia e triste. L'unica cosa bella è la piscina, il resto da dimenticare

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Nicht mittendrin, aber nah dabei. Räume sehr klein und etwas abgewohnt. Sehr hellhörig und nicht picobello sauber. Alles in allem, für den Preis in dieser Lage durchaus in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt nah am Zentrum von Malcesine, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz auf dem Nachbargrundstück, nachts verschlossen. Die Zimmern sind einfach eingerichtet mit kleinen Balkon, Frühstück Ok, die Poolanlage schön. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das gesamte Hotel ist super sauber !

El cuarto no tiene aire acondicionado por lo tanto tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y se oía demasiado ruido y el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear
