Lovely small and friendly hotel with fabulous view of the lake. Def worth booking a lake view balcony as it is stunning, with the mountains so close at this end of the lake! Lovely breakfast on the terrace with stunning views. Really helpful staff. Quite a few steps up to the hotel, so beware if you have any mobility issues. Sometimes I moaned about keep going up the many steps but the fact it was high up, meant you got a better view, of course! Malcesne is the nicest part in my opinion as the lake is narrow so the mountains are much closer than at the wider parts. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Our Inghams rep says she never gets complaints from guests at this hotel, because it's so lovely. Listed as 3 star but feels like a 4 star (based on many 4 star hotels I've stayed in previously).

Comfy size, excellent care of customers, spa included, possibility to have great dinner in the evening, goof breafast, clean and cosy. Nothing to complain.

Cosy family-owned hotel with great service, neat and stylish interiors and great location in Malcesine. However, be conscious that the hotel stands quite high on a hill. Either steep steps to the lakeside road or a sloping street walk to close-by city center. A 4-course dinner available every day. Jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor pool: great and with no extra charge.

It is gem in Malcesine. I hired apar**ent and it has really good view. Sona and zacussi booking process is straight forward. Breakfast was excellent. Nice seating chairs allowed us to view sunset. I will recommend this hotel. The photo frame look like pic is from bathroom window:)

Friendly, fabulous views, functional and clean. We spent 3 nights in this hotel and felt quickly at home. Dinners in the hotel are especially recommended in a town that isn't cheap and food elsewhere was, by Italian standards, fairly ordinary. The road in front of the hotel is quite noisy and if you want old and quaint this isn't your place but otherwise hard the fault.

Beautiful views, spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Lots of parking. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and also into the centre.

Just back from an amazing 10 days at Hotel Capri. Fabulous location within walking distance of Malcesine town and some beaches. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Lovely pool with bar service. Helpful and friendly staff. We travelled with two fussy teenagers and we all loved it. Malcesine is a delight and Hotel Capri is a wonderful place to stay.

This was our first visit to Malcesine and this location was perfect. A very short and lovely walk down the lake to the center of town. Beautiful property with amazing views. Everything was very clean, the staff was easy to communicate with via email prior to our trip. Lovely pool area. I would absolutely return and would recommend to a friend.
