It has all been said before in most of the reviews but this Hotel is just AMAZING - Marco & the staff, decor, food etc ! Room on street side fine with large balcony. Most days bedroom was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast. I haven't seen anything about the early breakfast on departure day - it was wonderful - the first time a hotel has laid on the usual excellent breakfast very early in the morning. Very much hoping to make the journey again

Lovely hotel with a great location. Staff were very warm and friendly. Room was spotless. Recommend getting a room with a lake view. Would love to return again in the future to beautiful malcesine and would definitely book this hotel again.

Staff were so friendly and helpful at all times - couldn’t have done more for us. Atmosphere was so relaxing and nice and the location was amazing. Have already recommend this location to anyone we know thinking of going to Italy - real 5 star hotel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms serviced every day as if by magic before returning from breakfast. What a spread for breakfast with a wide range of food both hot and cold to choose from especially the fresh fruit etc. Most important were the staf who couldn't be more friendly or helpful. We can't wait for our next visit - Lynne and Peter

Loved this hotel!
Great location, on the lake and steps from restaurants, shopping and a gelateria!
The adjacent parking lot for €10/night was great. It was close-by and secure.
Splurged on a room with a balcony and highly recommend that. But, there are also plenty of common areas with lake views.
Buffet breakfast was terrific with lots of options, including eggs cooked to order.
Staff all very solicitous and spoke English well.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Marco and his team are first class. Amazing hotel. Our fifth visit we love it so much can’t wait to come back. You are made to feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you arrive. Views are amazing from dining room. Breakfast is delicious so much to choose from and everything so fresh. Can’t thank you enough Marco see you soon

The best hotel ever lovely people perfect weather been 3 times perfect everytime thank you Marco and the team ❤️ hope to be back one day soon the views from breakfast over the lake are superb as are the views of the mountains the rooms are spotless and staff can't do enough to help 😀

Our first time in Lake Garda. Marco and his staff made us so welcome, from the moment we checked in to checking out. The personal service couldn’t have been better.. The views from the dining room were lovely from every table and our room, although not a lake view was great. Thank you Marco for making our holiday special. Sally & Mark.

Hotel is in a good location and is spotlessly clean, rooms are cleaned and replenished daily. All staff are friendly and very helpful, in particular the reception staff. Breakfast was good and had a few variations of hot and cold food, only ******* were the Breakfast tables with the best view of the lake were reserved for those in one of the more expensive full lake view rooms, so the better the room the better the view! Which we thought was quite unfair! Also you were not permitted to bring drinks in from outside you needed to purchase the more expensive bar or mini bar ones, again unfair and never had this experience before so that stops the 5 star review, something to be aware of on booking.
