Not worth the price. Very small hotel with min facilities.

as the most expensive hotel in male it could have been better. we travel every year to maldives so was expecting much better. yes, the room was much bigger than our usual room but it was so dirty. one towel had dried stains on it and there was only 1 pair of slippers. the bed sheets didnt look changed as it was all creased up and there was dust every where as if someone just left and it hadnt been cleaned yet. For the price of HKD2500 i expected it clean at least. Breakfast was ok but the service of the chef and staff there were excellent. thankfully the free transfer there and back to the airport the next day was seamless. I would give it another chance for improvement next year.

酒店服務超級差，原本預訂的房間是含2份早餐的，邀請了一同出差的同事一起共進早餐，結果被酒店前台告知因為入住登記時衹有一人所以衹能享用一份早餐，酒店給出的這個理由牽強且不合理，而且告知我的前台酒店人員還給我臉色看，一點都不是酒店應該又的服務態度

我們東航直飛馬累的過渡酒店，選了馬累當地唯一的國際品牌香格里拉酒店集團的JEN酒店，服務非常好，航班延誤的我們能見到舉牌接機，很安心。預訂了包含雙晚和雙早的套餐，晚餐在酒店roof top的餐廳零點，非常推薦。早餐5點出發趕水飛，酒店給打包了。房間不大，過渡還是OK的。

實話，真一般，別被香格里拉大酒店給整迷糊了，其實兩個沒啥關係，聖誕節過來兩千一晚真的住這裏不划算，房間很小，很舊，且不算乾淨。不過還好前台小哥哥小姐姐人挺好的，有問必答，還幫忙叫車。附近吃東西的也少，不過馬累確實也沒啥吃的，附近有一家快餐店挺近的

是我見過最小的香格里拉，設施老舊，價格兩千多確實性價比不高，其實定個商務酒店就可以，不要看牌子，完全不是那麼回事！
