The hotel is located in a very touristic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is outdated, the room we were staying was renovated partially. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom very narrow and difficult to move inside. The breakfast was just ok. The hotel is good to sleep only even if it's close to the beach.

The room was recently updated and simply outstanding for the price. Breakfast was adequate. Housekeeping was extremely good. If you are looking for a five star experience this is definitely not the place for you. For the price the property a great find and highly recommend.

Purtroppo devo fare recensione negativa benché il signore alla reception si è prodigato al meglio Sono arrivata in mezzo ad una ristrutturazione, sembrava di essere in un cantiere, rumori di attrezzatura dalle 8,30 del mattino... Bagno semi fatiscente (allego foto), doccia rotta, asse del wc rotto, rubinetti arrugginiti Stanza da letto: guanciali impossibili, letto rifatto con trapuntina tutta rotta(allego foto) Angolo "cottura" sporco con una spugnetta usata e consumata, chiaramente mai usato La domenica mattina non era aperta da "sala" colazione (peraltro molto scadente) no briosche qualche fetta di pane (senza toastapane), 2/3 misere cose... La reception ha giustificato che c era stato un danno... specifico che la colazione era inclusa Forse non erano pronti per iniziare, ma in ogni caso le persone fanno sacrifici per farsi qualche giorno di vacanza, ma pagare 140 euro per 3 notti in una struttura del genere non mi è mai capitato... una stella basta e avanza...

Esperienza oltre ogni aspettativa, stanza vivibile e tecnologicamente avanzata, personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione con di tutto un po', posizione fantastica fronte mare nel centro della località a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto e buon punto di partenza per escursioni verso tutta l'isola.

Séjour cauchemardesque tout est moisie dans cet hôtel les serviettes ainsi que les draps sont sales et troués je joint les photos car il faut le voir pour le croire gérant de mauvaise foi n’a pas voulu nous changer les serviettes meme trouées car il ne les change que tout les 3 jours, nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour car impossible de rester dans cet hôtel insalubre bien sûr il n’a pas voulu nous rembourser

Joli de l'extérieur mais alors a l'intérieur au secours!!!!!! je vais joindre les photos car c'est inimaginable. Le linge de lit ainsi que les serviettes sont troués et tachés, la chambre est moisie et la salle de bain est inutilisable moisie de haut en bas, la literie est mauvaise et le matelas sale, le petit déjeuner c'est du pain et une boisson a l'orange infecte, le seul point positif de cet hôtel si on peut appeler ça un hôtel c'est l'emplacement proche de la mer, a savoir qu'a Amoudara tous les hôtels sont proche de la mer. j'ai des videos mais je n'ai pas pu les joindre car elles sont trop lourdes.

Hotel rénové mais vieillot avec salle de bain minuscule.
La piscine est tres petite et en plus privée donc inaccessible.
Pas d'isolation phonique.
Bien placé par apport a la plage.

Volendo fermarci qualche giorno per visitare Heraklion la nostra scelta è caduta su questo posto, ammetto, per l'ottimo prezzo e per la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito, ma, a quel prezzo, non ci aspettavamo niente di che. E invece abbiamo avuto una bellissima sorpresa. L'alloggio (bungalow vista giardino) era molto bello, sembrava ristrutturato il giorno prima, con mobili molto belli e funzionali, angolo cucina con fornelli a induzione, frigo di grosse dimensioni, luci in ogni angolo (anche nell'armadio), e terrazzo con tavolino e due comodissime poltroncine. La colazione a buffet era ricca di alternative dolci e salate e continuamente rifornita (aperta dalle 8 alle 10). E poi, cosa tutt'altro che scontata, la pulizia dell'alloggio era giornaliera. Anche se il resort non ha un accesso diretto al mare (ma basta percorrere fino in fondo la strada sulla quale si affaccia) dal balcone si sente il rumore del mare. La zona è tranquilla ma in 15 minuti di macchina si arriva in centro a Heraklion. Se dovessimo tornare la nostra scelta cadrà di nuovo sicuramente su questo posto. Lo consiglio caldamente
