Przede wszystkim muszę podkreślić, że zawsze był to mój ulubiony nadmorski hotel. Sprzątanie jest bardzo dobre i zwraca się większą uwagę. Warto wspomnieć, że poszedłem do wszystkich, kelnerzy w barze byli bardzo dobrzy, zwłaszcza młody człowiek o imieniu Harvey, który był bardzo dobry! Co do jedzenia, to oczywiście nie jest 10/10, ale dla mnie jest to najlepszy bufet hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem (świeżo wykonanych śniadaniowych spaghetti jest wielki), a ponadto jest pan grill i obszar wok dla ciebie Przygotowali wiele rzeczy, takich jak poranne tortille, mięso itp. Z wyjątkiem bardzo przyjaznych ludzi, takich jak Mar czy Araceli, nie mogę popełnić żadnych błędów w bufecie.Faktem jest, że czasami są bardzo cierpliwi wobec niektórych klientów.
Na koniec dziękuję Alexisowi za jego życzliwość i chęć pomocy w każdej chwili!

Отличный отдых для семьи с детьми, но скользкая плитка у бассейна, дети падают, с ушибами. Интернет отвратительный. Еда супер. Море через дорогу.

Very canteen like food , snack bar very basic and cold food. Drinks tasteless and in plastic cups, no adult entertainment, very childish evening based.only nice thing was friendly staff but very basic hotel, wouldn’t stay again. Hotels nearby much better,

THE HOTEL IS WONDERFUL, SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, LARGE AND CLEAN ROOMS, DELICIOUS FOOD, VERY PROFESSIONAL RECEPTION SERVICE (Hello ALEXIS) WE DID NOT MISS ANYTHING,HOTEL LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA, WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE.

I had a good experience at this hotel. I would defiantly come back to this hotel, food was good and friendly staff. I went on October 2023 and I like this hotel that much I am going back to this hotel. I traveled with a coach company called siesta holidays who are a UK coach company and the experience I have had at this hotel was good and even during the journeys were good. We usually come to this hotel in October each year.

Long queues for bar Same food every day in resteraunt. Reception sends you to bed once bar is closed. Slippy floors due to no door in shower. Given a balcony looking out at another dirty hotel (ment to be sea view) Kids pools closed when ment to be open. Charged for bottled water when all inclusive. Rude manager. Entertainment is basic. Couldn’t wait to go home! Avoid!

The hotel itself is located over a two hour transfer for Barcelona airport, so I would definitely recommend flying into Girona instead if visiting. The hotel is modern and the rooms are large and bright. We had a sea facing balcony ( paid for) which was lovely, however you are next to the main road and ***** therefore if you are with younger children you can hear the train, dust bin men, that seem to collect rubbish between 12 and 1am at night and also noisy holiday makers. Maybe opt for a room at the back of the hotel. The pools were excellent although cold. There was a baby pool for up to 5 years and a larger children's pool with larger slides up to about 12 years, although lots of adults also seemed to be having fun on these as well. There is a further deeper pool as well. We had no problem getting a lounger each day. The food was possibly the poorest thing about the hotel. It seemed repetitive with the same soup, spaghetti bol, some meat and pizza and chips every day. It wasn't themed like in others. If I came back I wouldn't come on the all inclusive. The entertainment is pretty poor as well. The surrounding area is full of little gift shops which are nice and the gravelly beach has loungers out each day. You can get a train ride into different areas locally and there is a market on a Tuesday.

Arrived late 29th Oct 2023 left on the 2nd Nov 2023 we were ment to stay till the 5th but it was so bad we ended up paying to leave early, room was small for 4 of us, no air conditioning ( they turned it off) Had to change room due to the the people underneath us were smoking all the time was coming in are room ( ment tobe non smoking rooms) Changed room have a wall to look at! WiFi never worked had to be down stairs! Toilet was broken Plugs were coming out the walls Kids wouldn't eat the food had to buy out ( we were all inclusive ) Only one bar staff on so cueing up all the time! No entertainment for kids only after 10.30pm which was poor. The list goes on.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star the food is very basic ,very poor in nutrients and repetitive ,I got big from there and instead to enjoy my holiday I was stuck in the room and feeling sick,the bar there is only ever 1 staff serving so long queue for drinks ,they asked to pay for a bottle of water €1 even I was all inclusive and they said will need to ask from the reception the water,the kids pools are shut and to use the indoor pool you have to pay €10 even though I'm all inclusive .The kids entertainment is very basic and on the evenings doesn't start until 21:00pm which is late when you have 2 young children the size of our room for 4 of us is so small ,even I am afraid of heights they put me on the level 6 and the shower doesnt have any doors on so everytime you shower the floor is soaking wet not very safe with young children the hotel is very clean and staff are friendly but I would not come back here never ever again .
