Na plusy hotelu na pewno składa się bardzo miła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta obsługa. Hotel czysty, pokoje sprzątane codziennie i codziennie też wymieniane ręczniki. Atutem jest też położenie- dobra baza wypadowa do Barcelony czy Girony (stacja kolejowa oddalona o 10 min spacerem). Hotel położony pomiędzy Malgrat, a Santa Susanna więc swobodnie można spacerować pomiędzy obiema miejscowościami. Minusem niestety jest jedzenie i ogólnie funkcjonowanie restauracji. My akurat schodziłyśmy na śniadanie zawsze parę minut po 8:00 ale jeśli ktoś przychodził później (po 8:30) musiał się przygotować na kilkuntastominutowe oczekiwanie w kolejce. Śniadania bardzo monotonne. Wędliny były dla mnie nie do przełknięcia, bardzo mało warzyw. Kolacje wypadały trochę lepiej- były dni, że niektóre z potraw były przepyszne (krewetki i ryby- cudowne) ale i takie gdzie nie było nic nadzwyczajnego. Bardzo słabe desery :( Za to owoce zawsze świeże i bardzo smaczne. Wybór potraw na kolację dość spory, były mięsa, warzywa, makarony, ryby. Duży minus za brak lodówki w pokoju. Ogólnie polecam. Cena adekwatna do jakości.

I found this this hotel very good staff friendly room clean breakfast was my main meal as i eat out most of time. Bar staff were great plus entertainment every evening. Malgaret as a resort is good for me as i have limited mobility everything on the flat they let me charge my scooter in the Foyer/reception

Upon arriving at 11:00pm, we arrived to a loud kids club downstairs which could be heard from our room (this was every night). Room average (what we paid for) looks the same as pictures. 5€ fee at check-in. Staff friendly, supermarket across the road which was handy. Shower pressure good, no hairdryer or kettle. Rooms clean. Thin walls, you can hear everything - loads of kids constantly running around the floors/lifts.

The hotel was average. The food was great and was different everyday. Staff were nice and friendly. Pool side sitting area limited. Great location and right in the middle of town. The room needs more colours and features, it was very standard.

Overall good stay, clean hotel good location, had breakfast a few mornings there was everything you would expect! Pool area kept nice and clean also and has a steam room and a lovely warm jacuzzi One thing we found very unusual was - no fridge or kettle in the room, I did go to reception to ask for a kettle but was told no they don’t have one!? 5-10 mins walk from the train station if you are wanting to go into Barcelona for a day trip about an hour and a half on the train. Would stay again if wanting to come back to this part of Spain - take earplugs!!

I spent some incredible days at the hotel. Comfortable rooms with good views. The reception and bar staff were great and very attentive to every detail. I would return without hesitation. A pleasant stay.

We are coming to the end of our stay here and cannot describe how dissapointed myself and others are with the service from the reception staff and the bar staff. On various occasions we have been made to feel belittled, whether this is due to our age (our party consists of three girls aged (18-20) or the language barrier…either way we should not be made to feel uncomfortable whilst paying so much money to stay here. The food is close to inedible, hairs found on food and poor selection. Taking drinks even water bought from outside of the hotel is “forbidden”, making this a very expensive stay as they overcharge significantly for their drinks here. Not only have we been made to feel uncomfortable during our stay but we also had sleepless nights caused by an individual knocking on our door at 3am claiming to be the reception, we didn’t answer the door so it is unknown whether it was a member of staff or somebody dangerous.
