Paradise Isle Beach Resort

We stayed at the hotel booking 2 rooms. One was Deluxe sea view, another was std Double bed room(non-sea facing). The stay experience was very pleasant. Likes: 1. Best Location in Malpe 2. Service/Staff behavior 3. Cleanliness 4. Food quality Some of the improvement areas as follows: 1. Furniture & fittings need revival 2. Food is overpriced in the in-house restaurant 3. Hotel rooms are prices based on 2 persons, not based on size. This can be re-priced based on accommodation capacity

A curate’s egg, good in parts & not-so-good in parts, Paradise Isle has its positives - warm front desk staff members, spacious rooms & a superb location (right on Malpe beach). However, the rooms have a fairly old look and need refurbishment. Also, the restaurant starts breakfast late (8 am) and just couldn’t handle a simple request (tea & bread) an hour earlier (7 am). On balance, the pros outweigh the cons & I recommend the place for a night’s stay in Malpe.

The only plus point is opposite to beach, nice view. The hotel staff is polite and quick service but small rooms. Less space in dining hall, very poor taste food. Not ***y food varieties, not hot. Hotel need to improve food taste and dining space

Very poor ***agement, inexperienced staff who needs to be trained interns of how to talk to guests. It's 1:50 pm, and still the room is not ready for guests to enter.Not a pleasant entry experience.... I have to stay for few days here let's see how the stay is going to be.

The Paradise Isle stay was Fabulous and worth every penny. The room, property, view, hospitality, food and service is 5 star. The family enjoyed the beach, pool and food. The restaurant and its team were always helpful and have been a Joy to interact. The evenings are the best time to have a quiet chat by the beach. If you want Peace of mind and family time, then this is the place to be.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with family. Its located right at the beautiful, Malpe beach. The view of the beach from the dining room is gorgeos. The staff is generally helpful and polite. Our room experience wasnt that good. There was a persistent stench in the bathroom and frequent interventions of air freshners helped a bit. Room service was on the slower side. Breakfast in terms of choices in the buffet as well as taste was disappointing though. One great thing they have is a prominent listing of nearby attractions and things to do. Proved very helpful for us.

No. Never. I would never suggest anyone to come and stay here who are spending so much of their time and money for having a quality time with their loved ones. The hotel looks clean and shiny from outside but inside its a completely different and not at all maintained. Lights aren't enough. Furniture and fixtures are broken and hanging. They give only extra mattress to sleep on the floor, no foldable bed. So if you need an extra bed to accommodate yourself in the same room, you will be given on side beg mattress to adjust yourself. Spider web in the bathroom. No proper support or handle, is given to get in or get out from the bath tub when u go for your normal bath(not the dipping in the bath tub). So if getting inside or coming out you have to be cereful as you might fall off due to slippery floor. No floor mat to dry your feet s you come out of tye bath tub. No hand towel. No food refil available even you go during breakfast hours. They would politely say, "sorry ma'am." Unwelcoming ***ager /staff at the Ocean View Restaurant. We went for dinner. The ***ger was very reluctant in suggesting their best selling dishes. Food is below average. Can't say good food. Breakfast options are very little and inadequate in terms of quantity and varieties. Big NO.

Got a lot more than we expected...The sea view from the dining hall is spectacular. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous . The Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous. The Central location means that the auto stand, beach shacks and fast food joints are just a stone's throw away. And of Course Malpe Beach

***agement was nothing less than a nightmare that refused in the most nasty and verbally abusive ***ner to accommodate my disability which they guaranteed on the phone prior. Most greedy and fraudulent hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The General ***ager yelled at me for over 2 hours for even having a back problem and refused to return my advance payment before check in. Director ***ohar is no different and made this a real prison sentence which was intended as a 20 year anniversary. Biggest tourist trap in Udupi. Criminal conduct and we will seek legal recourse for first time in our life do no other guest suffers like we did. They even retaliated with the tea the next morning. If we drank it, we would be in the hospital. Extremely dangerous place behind the beautiful backdrop. BEWARE. Stay in ***ipal and take taxi for $3-4 20 minutes to Malpe.
