Wow, what a truly fantastic visit at Mountain Lodge! A warm, friendly and cozy destination, with very nice staff who you can tell enjoy working there and together. A special thanks to Wilma and Alex (restaurant) who made us feel welcome, got to know us, and really put Mountain Lodge over the top. Specifically for the hotel, it has everything you need, great rooms and the location is perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the more crowded areas and ski lifts. Tip - visit one of their restaurants during the day to avoid all the crowds. We'll be back! Thanks!

Terrible service and none of the staff speak Swedish. If you put a "do not disturb" sign up, they will just walk in to your hotel room anyway. Very expensive restaurant and poor quality. This is run like a factory.

Sometimes you come across a place that's so nice you want to move in. Mountain Lodge is such a place! Spacious, clean and top modern rooms with every possible facility related to skiing. Great restaurants with good food and fair prices. The breakfast buffet was spot on with all the choices you'd expect. The staff is friendly, smiling and delivers a great service. Given the chance we wil definitely come back.

Very friendly and service minded staff. Nice and clean rooms. Not so good: Breakfast includes scramble eggs made from bottled egg mass, boiled eggs, soft and hard, are served cold. Juice are not from concentrate not freshly pressed. Apart from above, all good and comprehensive breakfast buffet.

We are Dutch and we can read and understand Swedish, but writing is somewhat too difficult. Therefore we will give our comments in English. We had a fantastic week in a beautiful house at Mountain Village. People at the reception of Mountain Lodge were very friendly and helpfull!

Great service location and concept! We enjoyed the snow garanti and the ski resort ski in and ski out and in evening live piano bar, together with relax ourfoor heatet spa area. I highly recommend the ski resort for befinder and medium skiers…

This hotel offers a very warm and welcoming a**osphere and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the second we arrived . The hotel has a very cozy skiing a**osphere. We stayed in the new build apar**ent. It was equipped with everything thing we could wish to make our stay perfect. fantastic kitchen, fully equipped. After a lovely day in the slopes we relaxed in the privet sauna in the apar**ent, nice bathrooms . Comfortable beds, never slept better The room are sound insulated and very quiet . The entrance is equipped with a drying cabinet and good space for clothes and shoes etc. In the basement there were space to store skies. Delicious healthy breakfast buffe, in nice decorated area, friendly helpful staff. Ski rental is in the same building. Ski in/out . We came by car , easy to park just outside and it’s free. We are all ready looking forward to come back to this lovely hotel . For everyone going to sälen (Stöten) this is the place to stay .

Mycket bra hotell för ett par dagars vistelse i Stöten. Ski-in ski-out ett extra plus, med bara 50 meter till backarna. Fri parkering är trevligt, som inte finns vid Skistars anläggningar. Dock tyvärr trasiga laddboxar.
Mycket bra och trevlig service från personalen.
Bra frukost ingår.
Rummen och övriga utrymmen mycket smakfullt intedda.
Ett litet minus med priset för hotellets spa som kostar 300kr även för hotellets gäster.

Väldigt fräscht och modernt hotell med alla faciliteter och ett perfekt läge nära pist. Bra frukost och restaurang med fin service. Rummen fina och rymliga och torkskåpet uppskattas extra mycket. Enda lilla anmärkningen är att sängarna kan upplevas lite hårda.
