Dear Laura Phillips, Spa Manager. As I cannot reply directly to your response to my original review, I am writing another review to address a few points you raised. Firstly, I was unable to find the Duty Manager on the evening (it appeared everyone had either gone home, or were attending to guests around the inside pool area) to address my concerns at the time, hence my point of having to go to the bar to try and track my glass of pimm's, bottle of prosecco, and antipasti board down (twice). Plus, I was on an anniversary evening with my husband; I did not want to spend the evening trying to get my order, find the Duty Manager, and have to complain. The fact is, I shouldn't have had to. While I have been contacted by the Duty Manager, Mae via email, I have not, as you have suggested, had any phone call from the spa team. Mae apologised for our disappointing experience and offered, as a "gesture of goodwill," a £30 refund and a four-hour off-peak spa entry (Mon-Thu), but only on the condition that I remove my review posts. This condition-based offer did not feel like a genuine attempt to resolve the issues we encountered and undermined the sincerity of her apology. Overall, my intention was to provide a genuine review of our experience. However, the responses I am receiving seem to be an attempt to undermine that effort. I hope this clarifies my position and the issues we faced during our visit.

This is a superb Health Centre with rooms, but its not a Hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on a deal that included breakfast and evening meal. The staff throughout are superb, attentive, smart and welcoming. We had some treatments which were great from highly trained Elemis staff. The actual Spa has everyting you would want, different sauna and steam rooms and loads of bubble type things in the pool area, it only lacks a proper swimming pool. Food is good and varied. Its not a Hotel with a Spa attached though. There is no area for Hotel guests to sit and relax thats not a spa area, so we were sitting having evening drinks ready for our meal surrounded by guests in robes and towels and chairs which were often damp. Its a very modern health club in a Retail Park so no Hotel grounds to walk around or sit in. I think that their branding should drop the "Hotel" wording and focus on a Spa Health Club with rooms.

Such a lovely day out for my sister's 18th birthday! The staff were absolutely incredible and made sure we felt so comfortable! Katie May was such a joy, upgrading us to a pod for the special occasion and going the extra mile along with Sarah to ensure she was comfortable. She suffers from an ED and the staff were so accommodating, opening up the kitchen to ensure she had eaten and enjoyed her day. Cannot thank Melissa enough as well for helping my sister when she was ill and ensuring she was checked on. The facial was a 10/10 and I will definitely be returning. Such a relaxing atmosphere!

I took my mum as a belated birthday gift. Excellent from start to finish. We both had combo treatments with Emma and Ellie and we were both super impressed and loved the massage/facial treatment. Both girls were inviting, friendly and accommodated our treatments with no fault. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Cannot praise Ollie enough for our treatment at dinner. Although there was a small delay in the kitchen, neither of us noticed, but Ollie was apologetic and accommodating and sorted our food orders out for us! Fantastic team behind the bar also - we will definitely be coming back! The spa facilities were also very good, with loads of sauna rooms/steam room to indulge in too. Five stars!

Best all round spa, has everything in one place! Love this place, the spa is perfect, the outdoor spa pool is amazing (especially when the weather is nice), all the different sections providing something for everyone to completely relax in. We were able to sunbathe on the loungers outside, whilst having tasty cocktails brought to us. Inside area great, spa pool with jacuzzi jets, loungers, two saunas, steam room, ice bucket, foot spa, very relaxing space. Dinner in the evening was simply stunning, the food is of high quality, great variety and impeccable service! Breakfast is also of the same high standards, lots of choice and high quality. What really makes this place though are the staff, friendly, professional and hardworking! From the poolside, to the bar, reception and in the restaurant, thank you! Special shout out to Ollie, who absolutely made our stay incredible, you have such an amazing way with people, worth your weight in gold! Very much looking forward to our next visit, champagne at the ready!

My Wife and I have had most delightful stay at the Malvern. The hotel and spa itself is well presented, clean and relaxing. There is a variety of things to do in the spa, we especially enjoyed the saunas and pool. We ate lunch, an evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent quality and very tasty. Our room was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. All of these things added up to a very pleasent and relaxing stay. But all that said, to me the greatest thing about this spa / hotel is the staff. They are simply fantastic, from the moment we checked in where Fi and India made sure we had everything we needed and looked after us so well, the brilliant ladies who did our treatments, Alex who looked after us with our evening meal and recommended the Korean BBQ pork which was delightful.. And then there's Ollie, what a great guy and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks so much to all of you. I'm only sorry I can't name each person individually because each one of you made our 20th Aniversary such a special time., even down to the lovely card and complimentary glasses of fizz . Thanks to you all and we shall definitely see you soon, Jason and Hellen.

Me and my partner went to the Malvern Spa for a few hours in the evening as a break from our new puppy! We were greeted by our spa host Millie who was lovely and chatty and always reachable when and if we had questions or wanted to order drinks etc. I had a beautiful pregnancy full body massage with added scalp by Isobel. I used to be a massage therapist and have had hundreds of them! I can safely say Isobel made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed and I came out feeling the most refreshed I have felt my whole pregnancy! My partner had a hot stones full body massage with added scalp by Ellie. I’ve never seen him so chilled after! He absolutely loved it and Ellie managed to relieve the knots he had in his back. He came out feeling very relaxed. Both girls are very talented therapists. We also rented one of the pods for the evening, which were a great touch! And an extra and more personal place to chill during our visit. The facilities were great too! The pool which came outside was a great temperature. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stayed at The Malvern for a one night spa break. We were not disappointed. Ollie greeted us and checked us in. From the moment we arrived we were treated fabulously by everyone. I had booked a suite and it was lovely. We had a full body massage each - absolute heaven. The pool area was great. Warm water and comfortable loungers We had lunch and dinner and the food was good. Definitely going back.
