Nice place with great beach. Good golf courses and tennis courts. Close to the rainforest national park. I could stay here again.

The rooms could use updating. I had to change rooms after my first night because of a noisy air conditioner, ratty towels, rust on my sheets and lots of rust on my AC vent.
The staff was very nice and accommodating

It was very well maintained and staff very friendly. Only thing not so good it was the food very expensive and not so tasty but if you go out there is a lot of choices near by.

I do feel like the system was set up to maximize the amount of money guests spent, rather than maximize their comfort and enjoyment. Go to a grocery store before you arrive and buy a case of water. A small bottle at the resort will cost $9.

The property is dated. The rooms are old and there is a tiny tiny gym. The hot tub looks dirty but it’s just old. The staff is excellent. Nice and friendly. After you check in they push you to another deal but it’s really a time share hard sell. Pretty annoying move. Iguana for dinner is overpriced and not great. Don’t bother. This is more of a burger and wraps hotel

The resort was beautiful and customer service was outstanding. Guzman did a wonderful job giving advice on reservations and tours. Restaurant staff was attentive and happy to give recommendations. The convenience of the resort with variety of restaurants and well stocked gift shop does come at a cost. Rooms could use some updating but overall very clean and beds comfortable. Daily activities were great and work out room was solid. Only not hotel related negative, I found out I have strong reaction to Noseeums. First night at dinner outside I got bit up pretty bad and turned to welts on day 2. Recommend bringing bug spray for early mornings and evening. It is a island so should have expected.
We would recommend and stay again.
