The suite with sea view was just incredible. Super conform bed , friendly staff and calming situation of all shared areas . Perfect location .Breakfast was very nice as well. We try also restaurant was lunch and dinner . Food is very tasty and have service all day long . Can’t wait to be back again .

We had a wonderful stay at ICON 💛 The staff are great - they go above and beyond and are more than happy to help with whatever you need (a taxi, toothpaste, cocktails, bookings etc). It’s a very chilled and comfortable atmosphere. The views from the pool, restaurant and rooms are stunning. There are two beaches both within walking distance. The closest one is much nicer… but be warned of the food shack (this we do not recommend!) The breakfast is great (mimosa included!), but the dinner did not meet the same standard. We stayed half board and every evening there is a set menu, but you have the pay for any drinks, even water. We only ate here on 2 evenings. The hotel is in a small beach town with not much to do, unless you fancy a brits abroad burger and fries! We got a taxi to Portocolom on a few occasions - so easy and a great choice of restaurants and bars. The daytime menu is great, but the drinks are very expensive for a small hotel. There also isn’t a local supermarket in walking distance so having to buy water and snacks got really expensive. The rooms are simple. It’s clear the hotel has recently been refurbished though so the rooms feel more 3 star, rather than 4 star. Overall, it was a lovely relaxing week. The staff definitely make the holiday ☀️

Lovely relaxing, quiet hotel overall. Isabel, Marga & Hugo were all very helpful on reception and full of knowledge of the surrounding areas. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We hired a car for the day which was necessary to explore Majorca as the hotel is in quite a remote location (15 min walk to a Bip Supermarket was do-able). Food was excellent, and cooked fresh. Stunning beach just down the steps from the hotel with the clearest water (the nicest beach that we came across during the whole trip). A couple of negatives - the pool did let the hotel down slightly as it needs updating/cleaning and unfortunately during dinner you can hear the music from the hotels across the cove, but this seemed to vary depending on which way the wind was blowing. A door handle was missing from the patio door on our first room, I informed reception and asked to change rooms so we then moved to a much larger room which was better, although a little frustrating after unpacking. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views and polite staff.

Our second visit to the lovely Hotel, we had a wonderful greeting and were absolutely stunned to be upgraded to a suite overlooking the ocean. Fantastically friendly staff, amazing location only a few minutes walk along an exclusive walk way to the beach at Murada. We will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend this Hotel.

It was fantastic experience! We had great time, hotel was beyond our expectations. The only this that missed is jacuzzi (it was there but not working). Location was also great, it is near to the most beautiful beaches ever (it also has it's own beach that is great). We loved the breakfast, dinner wasn't included so we don't know about that. The view from our room was a dream come true!!!

It was our honeymoon. The hotel provided champagne. Thank you. Breakfast is various and delicious. I've always had dinner and it was so delicious. It was quiet and the staff were kind. If I come to Mallorca next time, I want to visit this hotel again.

We loved the location, it was very relaxing with a wonderful view, There were many restaurants close by, the breakfast in the hotel was delicious and the employees at the hotel gave us a lot of helpful attention. Amamos este lugar y estoy segura que volveremos.

Amazing staff, lovely sea view and pool area. Nice rooms and good breakfast, the only thing that could be improved was the lunch/dinner food and menu. Note it’s quite remote so you need a car. Would recommend.
