We are stay in hill river resort .it was very nice experience for me and my all friends. Me and my friends are stay in 3 days . The food was very nice . It was very nice feeling . All staff was very good nature . Specially miss Isha mam was very nice hospitality and mr Ravi also . I wish i vist again in hill river resort. Thanku for giving a good services

It was a good experience staying at Hill River Resort. We had all the amenities. The staff, Ravi, Seema and asima were too humble and gave us good hospitality.

Enjoyed our comfortable stay. During our vacation. We stayed in three different hotels. Everywhere using cheap rough towels. Improve towel quality.

Sub normal hotel, bad bathroom, no water pressure in shower, not clean towels, average breakfast, lot of noise etc

Hotel location is away 800 metres from Mall Road and staff behaviour was polite. Service was good and room size was good and Cleanness and daily house keeping service were best. When I’ve booked room after some I’ve called and ask about booking status, he confirm and ask about early check - in he said if room will available then provide you and without any extra charges but this information was wrong, Hotel has taken 1000.00 rupees for early check in. Check in time was 12.00 o’clock but I’ve reached on 9.15 o’clock.

Place was clean.
Needs to have hot water at all times, maybe there is an expectation that you have to ask for this at times?
Good supplies of coffee/water.
Lovely room view.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms with adjustable room temperature , and high quality service.
