We had an absolutely amazing time in our 1-month stay in the hotel. First, location was convenient. It is connected to a mall, which makes walking around and shopping for gifts, souvenirs, and grocery convenient. It is also easy to go around the city as Uber comes quick. There is also a bus stop that is just outside the mall. Second, we enjoyed the amenities they offer. Pool was always clean and never felt crowded even if it was shared with Le Meridien hotel guests. There is a swim up bar (a bit pricey) that you can enjoy. You can also avail of the spa services with discounted prices for hotel guests. Spa and pool staff (life guards and pool bar staff) were always friendly and helpful. They also have a gym (a bit small but gets the job done), you can enjoy any time. They also provided free laundry services of 5 pieces daily and an amazing breakfast buffet spread! But I think the best part of staying in the hotel was the incredible staff and service you receive from everybody - from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, F&B, pool, laundry, and club. They made us feel at home and comfortable during our entire stay. I'd like to acknowledge the lounge/club staff - Shiela and Ashiek. They took care of us everyday and made sure that we had everything we needed whenever we visited the lounge. I'd also like to to acknowledge the housekeeping staff: Hoque, Obaidul, Azizul, Tamseel, Sopon, and Satish. Tamseel was very thoughtful - I was sick and he came back with a bowl of fruits for me when he found out I was not feeling well. Azizul and Sopon always made sure we had eveything we needed in our room. Hoque and Obaidul were very friendly, leaving us notes and towel arrangements when they could. F&B staff Dan, Sanjit, Misbah, and the chefs at the egg station knew what we wanted even before requesting after a day of eating at breakfast! I have nothing but good words to say about the hotel and staff! We are very happy and we hope to see you soon!

Very nice and elegant hotel. Stayed there for 22 days, enjoyed their breakfast and club lounge. Room service is also great, Bala is polite and professional who kept my room clean and stocked up whenever I needed. No complaints and will return.

Amazing staff, great breakfast and lounge amenities. Arif not only did an amazing job keeping the room, but added small touches everyday that made coming back from work refreshing. Shreya was doing what a good manager does and making sure Arif was on top of thins, which he was...the location is great, amenities are top notch, but the staff make this a 5 star review!

I just had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the comfy room and cozy bed to the super friendly staff. The housekeeping team, especially Imoun, Arif, and Shreya, were fantastic. They made sure I had everything I needed and kept the place spotless. The breakfast was awesome too, with so many options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and it definitely set me up for the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place!

Housekeeping Azizul and Hoque were very proficient and responsive. Rooms were sufficiently and effectively cleaned and re-supplied Daily. The front desk as well was always very helpful and responsive and addressed any questions or needs I had.

Vivian and Shiela changed my trip from good to fantastic, I can't thank them both enough. Shiela was so kind and courteous in the lounge, and Vivian was so wonderful to talk to. The were both such amazing faces of the entire staff, and they both deserve all of the accolades Westin and Marriott can offer

This hotel is the absolute best, great food, plenty to do…everyplace is so convenient! The hospitality is top notch & the rooms are great. Tamseel my housekeeper went above & beyond. I have nothing negative to say. I would definitely recommend & book again!

Azizul had my room exceptionally clean and was extremely helpful and friendly. My coworkers and I enjoyed our stay so much that we all stayed an additional day prior to our flight out. I highly recommend staying here, super convenient with shopping and restaurants attached to the hotel. Everyone to include the parking attendants and front desk personnel were super friendly and helpful. I also opted to get a massage while here as I was having some neck pain, terrific experience and would highly recommend one of their massages. Once again the staff was all really kind and attentive.
