Room was super clean and bed really comfy. A lot of places to eat near the hotel.

Close to shopping and restaurants. They had a polite attentive bartender. Otherwise, dirty shower doors, food stained comforter turned face down on the bed even after requesting it be replaced, understaffed to the point where you need to remind staff of simple requests, reserving a king room and getting two queens. Pool water that smells like sewage indicates the pool may not have proper chemicals for safety. This property was a disappoin**ent in many ways.

The hotel was clean and majority of the staff were nice and friendly. The area is not tourist friendly as majority of the people that we encountered did not speak English and were not friendly to outsiders.

Location is center north on the island. It an hour away from the airports and the location is more locals.

I visited PR with family for my mother's birthday and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially I was somewhat concerned about the distance from tourist attractions, but it ended up being really nice. The ****** is located a couple buildings down from the hotel and there is a shuttle service which helped during the moments of rain. There's a 24-hour cafe area and the coffee is delicious, I really enjoyed the stay and would visit again!

The hotel was clean, which I liked alot. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was not great but ok. The scrambled eggs had no flavor and the pancakes were hard instead of fluffy. Other than that I’m happy with my stay.

Everything was perfect my only complaint was it wasn’t near the beach but we had a rental car and drove to different beaches.
