Wonderful service. Very accommondating. Under renovations so rooms weren't amazing but had everything needed to get ready for graduation. Amazing breakfast selection.

There was an old banana in our refrigerator as well as cups with water in them
Our toilet backed up and required maintenance
And our shower ******!!! The shower water control handle was broken and we only had like warm to cold showers the entire time
We did tell the front desk and no compensation was offered.

The facility is under construction but you really wouldn’t know it. Very clean and accommodating. I was only traveling from the facility to the hospital so didn’t see much of the area or outside the facility.

Everything was okay...however they charged me again for 2 days after i paid in full through *******
They were only suppose to charge an additional $75 for incidentals that would be returned after check out but they charged me $75 plus an additional $486.10. I have spoken to 2 people but they could not help me and I am waiting for the front office manager to return my call and get this rectified.

They apparently were remodeling the room directly above our room. Work started at 730 am. Hammers , power tools, And all. No alarm clock needed in this place , They have you covered. So much for sleeping in on our day off.
