Beautiful place only a few steps off the beach. It is like a green oasis with a calm, tranquil atmosphere in the middle of a party town. Some of the spacious bungalows have private, well equipped kitchens and there is also a nice pool, hammocks and deckchairs. Edward, the manager keeps the place together with his family impeccable and also cares, together with the owner, for the friendly, abandoned animals that have found a safe place here.

We booked direct through the hotel, upon arrival the manager tried to charge us extra, even after showing him the agreed price he still tried. We still ended up paying more than we should. The pool was often filled with bugs, which I cleaned myself one day, the rooms weren’t cleaned ever day even though there were ALOT of bugs and not many guests. Arrived to dead bugs in the room. Breakfast was good, the same each day. We had to complain twice for not having running water (50% of our time), after the second time we asked to move rooms, which we were told we would have to pay extra, terrible customer service. The room also had very bad smells throughout the night. The manager spent the majority of his time in a hammock rather than sorting out issues or working. He was very hostile. We feel the most recent reviews on *********** and google are fake as other guests staying at the same time also didn’t feel the hotel deserved anywhere near a ‘fabulous’ status. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The service. It's a very nice hotel, but the best of it was the service. We had an assigned server (Yohan) for our bungalow and he always made sure we were ok. Would come back just for good the service was from him, and other staff. The activities for kids were great as well in the pool, this is definitively a family-oriented hotel, while also having a rest area with many hammocksand privacy in its in front of the pool bungalows/suites in case you are a couple or family.
