very unpleasant stay. The hotel is located in a very interior location with no proper access. Horrible road approach. Staff are not cooperative and no professional approach towards the guests. food is the worst. Actually it is purely located in a very very remote village

A very unpleasant stay. The hotel is located in a very interior location with no proper access. The hotel is not well maintained. Run in a unprofessional ***ner. Rooms are not good. Staff are not cooperative and no professional approach towards the guests. The food was not up to the mark. Very bad experience.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and incredibly good. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Especially thanks to Mr. Charle he treat us very well like family I definitely recommend to my friends and family Good hotel and friendly staff

The hotel location is very bad. It is inside village and approx. 3-4KM from main road. The approaching road to the hotel is very bad, if fact road does not exists. - Hotel inside infrastructure is good but all are not operational, eg. you have central heating without AC but it does not work. You will get hot water from 8am to 9pm only that too after several follow up with staff. - The staff are arrogant and behaves as if they are doing favour on us by providing service. - We had horrible experience where a BIG SPIDER was inside the room. After calling the reception several times, a house keeping staff came and removed it. Another was load shedding i.e. for 1 hour no electricity in the hotel because of some fault and not backup like DG or UPS are available.

A majestic hotel nestled in the hills of Himalayas was great stay for us(TLC Group). It's a brand new property situated in a village covered with lush green apple and plum trees you can enjoy the beas river view from your room/ balcony which meditates you and you can feel fresh air. The views are spectacular and provide the perfect retreat for peace and rejuvenation. Rooms are clean, Specious and with all facilities. Food is also yummy and testy. Mr Kunal Ahuja & his entire staff are very helpful and cooperative and prompt in their service. I would recommend this resort to those who love comfort and feel Nature.
