Like the Brindavan garden is now past its glory the hotel staff are taking the hotel the same way, down hill. The reception staff Ms Pallavi was rather rude and obstinate & uncooperative. The restaurant staff again was obstinate in every request for food. We made the mistake of going for meals package and they failed in that . No buffet was available as the occupant was low. Set menu was so set that a request to change an item from A to B was too much of an ask We have paid for children ( 10 years) but they don’t provide extra bed for children and we were asked to be paid extra for bed. When we tried to reason out the answer is you should have booked direct with us! But we had booked on a web site that claimed to be the site for Royal Orchid.It’s all messed up and sure shot that the hotel is going down the drain Remember the at the hotel charges a 5 star rate more than any 5 start in Mysore city and ensures that they provide 1 star service as descended above Long and shot AVOID this place

We had a amazing stay in royal orchid, which was very pleasant and comfortable stay. Particularly need to mention the location which is really beautiful. We stayed in the room which had a balcony with a garden view, all the staffs very good and helpful. Ms.pallabi and Lavanya helped us a lot and made our stay good.specially would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable stay , hospitality is Amazing , food is excellent , services are always available. Good stay , Good Holiday , Good Room , Amazing View , spacious , the hotel is beautiful especially in the nights , the lighting is very Amazing , extremely relaxing .

Felt like a Maharaja with such a spellbinding location and the palatial building of the hotel.The staff was so polite and the property was green with so many squirrels abd migratory birds we managed to spot. It was serene, tranquil and quiet. The background music was soft and low volumes mercifully.

Amazing stay with the best amenities. The property was a heritage property with old time charm and breathtaking view of Brindavan Gardens in Mysore. The staff were super courteous. Special thanks to Madhav, the chef and the house keeping staff Nirmala ***** with the front desk for guiding us through and through. Overall had a great stay.

Garden Café restaurant manager Misguided on café timing though restaurant was empty we came at 345 pm I asked for food he told kitchen is closed and the will be hi tea available at 4 pm onwards Very unexpected response One trainee female staff was courteous enough to come and take order We asked waiter to come to Take order else he ignored as well It seem only VIP government officials are given treatment here …🤬

We reserved the Royal Orchid Brindavan Garden Palace and Spa for 2 nights and it was not enough, we really enjoyed the hotel (we stayed in a King Room) the room is vary spacious and comfortable and it offers a beautifully balcony overlooking the Brindavan garden, service from the team at the hotel was excellent all around, form Reception, Security (who helped delivering the bags to the room) as well as the F&B Team! Thumbs up to the Hotel manager for his leadership with his team!

Ideal for a peaceful stay, particularly during the week. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. Not too garlicky. Or too spicy. The breakfast spread was super. So was dinner. Thank you,Royal Orchid.
