Place is near to the airport , we had early morning flight to catch hence it was easy in that sense.
However place is not clean, it was stinky . There’s no sound proofing , we could hear the noise inside and outside constantly till late night.

由於深夜到達，客服沒有提前通知鑰匙盒密碼。電話問了店鋪，需要反覆確認，導致白等一個小時才能告知鑰匙盒密碼，然後再拿到鑰匙入住。其他還算可以，畢竟才住兩晚。

Sketchy property. Literally did not see one employee the entire stay. Don't be fooled by "airport shuttle" unless you need to leave for the airport between 9am and 5pm and hope the guy is willing to break away from whatever they do. Dirty and dark outside. I wouldn't let my wife walk the property without me. Comfy bed if that is all you are looking for.

This is a very basic hotel. Nothing fancy but it was OK for one night before we flew out. Close to the airport but neighborhood is not great. Not really walkable and not much around for dining and shopping.

If there’s a shelf in the shower, it would be better. Plus, 2gb of internet access in 7 days is ridiculous! We paid $240 a night, we deserve a better service.

The office manager / driver was wonderful. We were there for two nights before catching our flight out, and she made recommendations on where we could shop, eat, and where we should go for a treat. The area was a mixture of residential and industrial, so her advise was welcomed. This is not a 5-star resort, but for what I paid for I got much more than expected. We had a large room, with a kitchenette, queen bed, and sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for us to relax and decompress before heading back. Will definitely use them again if I need a stay in Auckland.

We found this accomodation excellent for the price, reception was great and welcoming the room size was good and it was clean definitely would recommend for value and proximity to airport
