Manila Prince Hotel

At face value the hotel looks spectacular. The entrance, security and breakfast buffet and pool cannot be faulted. The service staff attitude is great. The welcome drinks in the Hyde is a great value add. The hotel is not far from the SM Mall which has plants restaurants and everything you might need while in Manila. Rizal park which is a great historical site to explore is also within a walking distance. I was however disappointed by the rooms, our room window was so dirty, I couldn’t even take a photo of the beautiful sunrise which was unfortunate. The internet is also subpar. A gradual updating of the rooms will do wonders and so would the change of linen and old and stained towels which should never be put in a room of a paying patron. My suggestion is be flexible and give room to accommodate guests when needed and a little upgrade of rooms to match the entrance.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean, but the air conditioning unit seems to be not working properly, so the room was not that cold. The menu is good, most of the food was great. The welcome drinks from Hyde were also great. Photo not related.

The food was good. The staff was great! ☺️ The cleanliness of the room, not really clean but it’s ok. The amenities of the room , a little bit disappointed because no bathrobe . The shower curtain as well need to be wash. Not enough coat hangers too.

It was perfect, the staff let us in early, the bed assigned to me was single bed but they upgraded my room free of charge!, the room was spacious and it has a bathtub, the staff were very friendly and they allow us to refill our coffee. And on top of that the breakfast buffet was giving. It tasted good, the variety is not boring and the quality was top level. I will definitely recommend this to all of my friends, I actually have live video at my social media showing how happy we were 🥳🎉❤️ keep it up. The best part was the price was insanely cheap and I am a very stingy person I am not that easy to be pleased. I am very honest when I do any reviews so this hotel is a yes for couples!

the room was spacious and the foods every free breakfast was superb excellent, nothing i could say. their friendly staff also they are very respectfull and hands-on. what u see is what u get. perfect for vacantion near to edsa, sm mall of asia, manila bay, tondo and divisoria. 30mins going to the airport.

The food is great though the Beef Tapa is a bit bland. The staff are great. Location is nice, near LRT, restaurants, hospital and 7/11. Hotel facility 💯. But wifi connection kinda poor.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast is also good. They gave me a complimentary drink and popcorn on their Hyde Bar on the basement floor. I'll definitely go back and book this hotel again.
