Mój drugi pokój jest bardziej przestronny i zapewnia mi wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Pierwszy pokój i tak był katastrofą. Hotel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby rozwiązać mój problem i ostatecznie jestem całkiem zadowolony. Pochwalam także Jaypee z obsługi klienta Trip.com, która świetnie rozwiązała mój problem i poradziła sobie z rekompensatą hotelową za te niedogodności. Ogólnie świetne doświadczenie.

I loved the hotels location as it is exactly infront of the mall and beside fast food restaurant and streetfood vendors.
I would recommend this hotel for those who have business travel within the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly each night. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Love the new room na pinaglipatan namin compare to our first room. Compare to their new built rooms. Some staffs are very accommodating, some of them lack of professionalism. But all in worth it naman. Sulit stay and sulit pera. Pwede na for overnight stay or pwedeng pansamantalng pahingahan. Next time ulit.
